Great first appointment. After checking in my wat was only a couple of minutes. After getting through the standard checks Dr Woltz was there very quickly.He was very personable, listened to my needs and took care of me quickly.My prescription refills were being prepared for shipment before I even got home.One of the best appointments I’ve ever had with a doctor. I couldn’t ask for better service.

I would choose ZERO Stars if I could. So, a Physician Retires and is replaced by another. Chosen and Listed as my Primary Care, the Doctor refused to refill a simple prescription that i have taken for 13 years."We're Closed" as I come in the door; supposedly jokingly. Refused to take me as a Walk-In Patient to help resolve the issueI I had to go to another Urgent Care just to get a simple Prescription Refill. All of this while in PAIN.I will be filing a Formal Complaint with Baptist Health.

Everyone there every step I had to go through which was minimal ,minutes to seedoctor everything everything was a breeze that was in and you know and I felt like I had been there in your 20 times many times that was a great experience
