Love this man. I did NOT GO to the urologist my PRIMARY CARE physician recommended. The reviews on that guy was not good. Also I believe he was educated locally. So I looked $ found Dr Story. I found him so welcoming. Great smile and super caring. I am so glad I found him.

During my initial visit, Dr. Benjamin Storey was knowledgeable and empathetic regarding the stigma I felt. After an examination, he assured me that there were several solutions to stem my incontinence. He took time to describe each, explaining them clearly, without medical jargon. I agreed to proceed with the Medtronic Bladder Contol body implant. Once we received approval from my insurance that they would cover the costs of the equipment and the necessary outpatient hospital procedures, the Medtronic device was implanted---I had very little discomfort from the procedure, just as Dr. Storey said From home, I am able to adjust the level of the progressive stimulation of the implant. Dr. Storey monitors my progress and advises me as necessary. Before the implant, I was consuming 15 incontinence pads each day. Now, a year later, the daily usage is down to 3 pads, and counting... I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Storey and his staff for their professionalism and caring.

The doctor was an hour and a half late. The two people at the front desk were incompetent. They didn’t understand their own forms. They made up for this be being rude and withholding. Telling me he’d get back to me with my scheduled appts. Then the guy failed to schedule two procedures for me and wouldn’t ask the doctor about the schedule because he didn’t want to get in trouble for not doing his job. Neither the doctor or his nurse or staff explained any of the process for the procedures or what they were for. As a result the ct scan couldn’t be scheduled because I was to have lab work first. Who knows?! I will not be back. I agree with the other reviews here that this is another Naples doctor who is just running an assembly line of patients that he’s half assing and not giving quality care.
