I so love the staffEveryone is so nice , great pool WOW! AND THE TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL AND JIM IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED THIS IS AN EXTREMELY NICE WIDE OPEN SPACE TO WORK OUT WITHOUT FEELING CROWDED. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST BACKGROUND MUSIC. IT FEELS INSTITUTIONAL IN THERE WITHOUT IN A BACKGROUND MUSIC MUSIC IS IMPORTANT MOTIVATOR IN GYMS. BUT I DO LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Great equipment and now that season has slowed down, it’s not crowded. Cleaning stations all around so just keep wiping down and sanitize—

The 24 hour access room has been inaccessible for at least 3 months now with no written communication from management. It appears to me they've just shut it off as a way to save money and are blaming it on technology issues. There are never any swim lanes available in the afternoon, I'm not sure why kids on the swim team couldn't share a lane if a few paying members wanted to use the pool. It would be wonderful to have access to pickleball and tennis outside of operating hours to utilize those amenities on the weekends in the evening time .Staff at the front desk is repeatedly rude or completely ignored members who arrive that they don't happen to be friends with. Upon asking any question, I'm immediately referred to the website to get answers and when the websites doesn't have them, they consider me out of luck.
