Anju Sood's Online Review Report Card

Not recommended. Dr. Sood and the office staff is a joke. The have no concern for patient. I feel like my concerns are always brushed off and today was the last time I will ever step foot in that office. It’s so unfortunate, and this is coming from someone that works in healthcare.

Dr Sood, is a caring doctor. she treats her patients with dignity respect and she is very compassionate. my wife and I have been her patient for years.

Dr. Anju Sood is the absolute worst doctor I have EVER experienced. Her office is also incredibly uncaring & unhelpful. I would like to warn anyone who is considering a new physician to avoid her and this office at all costs. One month, I called the day before my prescription ran out and she took an entire week to call it in and I was told to “be more responsible and call it in earlier.” When I called for my refill in early July, I was told she was out of town and unreachable so her next available appointment would be 8/5…which would leave me without my daily medication for 3 weeks. She left the country without any backup plan for her patients which is completely negligent. When I asked the office what I was supposed to do, they rudely told me “well idk what to tell you.” One appointment, when I let her know that my insurance was changing she said word for word, “I don’t care about insurance, talk to the office.” This woman is completely irresponsible, careless & unconcerned. Avoid!

When I asked the office what I was supposed to do, they rudely told me “well idk what to tell you.” It’s also worth mentioning that she has no respect for her patient’s time, because every visit she keeps me waiting about an hour before being seen. One appointment, when I let her know that my insurance was changing she said word for word, “I don’t care about insurance, talk to the office.” This woman is completely irresponsible, careless, and sloppy in her practice. Her office is also rude and unconcerned about patients. I have been unhappy with this doctor’s office for much time now but this month was my last straw. My entire family (including extended family) will not be going back to this mess of a doctor, and I will be reporting this negligence to the Board of Health. I repeat, avoid this doctor at all costs.

My experience with this company has always been great! Dr Sood is the best she is present when you are with her.

The doctor ok , the staff horrible, that’s y I changed my doctor . Don’t even deserve a star .

Dr. Sood has been an incredibly general physician one that takes the time to really listens to her patients..its not about getting paid for her because she cares ; the same can not be said about other doctors

Appointment went well. Dr Sood was timely and explained everything. My only issue is it's hard to get an appointment the same week if you need to see her right away. Same thing happened last year trying to get an appointment. Best bet is to do it on line.

Dr. Anju Sood has been my primary care for many years. I have total trust and faith in her decisions regarding my health. Dr. has an awesome bedside manner and is thorough in every way possible. I love her dearly. Patient Donna Deutsch RN
