When patients express that they are leaving town at the time of making the appointment, his office needs to express that they don't give results over the phone prior to issuing the appointments and taking a payment . Otherwise you are just taking people's money without treatment and diagnosis. What's the point of the visit in that case? That's horrible of you! And basically a scam.

Dr.Shah and his team are always so nice and professional. If it weren’t for him I would’ve been diagnosed after years of seeing other Drs. I highly recommend him and also I just want to add I’ve never had a Dr like him who really cares and takes his time to make sure I get the best medical care.
