I would not consider this man a doctor at all. We sat for 9 hours at the hospital and he never came until we yelled at the nurse. When he came in he didn’t want to speak and while I was talking to him he just left.

Today my Dad went to Northwest Medical Center for a CT scan for abdominal pain. Dr. Steele was the ER doctor on shift this morning. He saw my Dad to order test. Hours went by until finally my parents started to question what was going on. To make a long story short Dr. Steele LEFT the hospital without saying a word to them or any follow up of any kind. They finally demanded to speak to someone in charge - the doctor in charge then called Dr. Steele who said my Dad needed to be admitted. What doctor of any quality or compassion leaves a hospital, then when is questioned gives some vague non-explanation saying someone needs to be admitted via telephone. Dr. Steele never even came back into the room at any point to speak to my parents directly. If you or your loved one are looking for a doctor that’s going to treat you as a person and not as a dollar sign, Dr. Steele is not the doctor for you. Shame on him and shame on Northwest Medical Center for accepting this type of “care”. L
