I had an awesome 1st time experience going to see an Acupuncturist and Dr. Yelverton was excellent! She took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explained the process! I look forward to her managing my health! Her receptionist is phenomenal!

More than offended I have been greatly surprised by the attitude of Dr. Cheryl Yelverton. This I will write more than a review is my experience which was very unpleasant and I think it necessary and fair to share it so that in the future it does not happen to anyone else A month ago my daughter (21 years old) went to her annual routine visit, the doctor sent her to the gynecologist who examined her and found a lump in a breast so she referred her to Dr Cherl oncologist, well we called the appointment for 6 to realize that we could not arrive that day we called and asked to change it for another day, they passed it to us for 09/20 at 11.30 am I personally made the appointment and they told me that it would be good to arrive 10 min before the appointment to fill out the forms. Until that moment everything is very good. It arrives on 09/20 we went to our appointment to which by a confucion of location we arrived at 11:27 but not before notifying him, when arriving there was only one person waiting. They gave us the form to fill out and they asked us for the CD of the mri that had the results that the doctor would give us. All right so far, we filled out the form, we gave the CD to the person at the front desk and we were waiting to be treated with ancients of knowing the results already. To my great surprise when I thought we would see Dr. the person at the front desk notifies us that she should make a resquedule of the appointment that the doctor would not see us because we were late (seriously) the appoiment was by 11:30 and we arrived at 11:27 in order for that reason and because dr was having lunch and had to leave we changed the appoimet for within 2 weeks that was when she was available. The worst medical experience in all my life. So I decided not to go back to the doctor and look for another specialist. Thanks to God, today I have the results of my daughter without having to wait any longer. We really didn't even know in person all this was with the front person desk in your intermediary office. All this time was the longest of my life I was so worried and so confused. But thank God everything has already happened

I was sceptical about who was assigned to perform my moms surgery. However, after meeting with Dr Yelverton I knew my mom was in good hands! She assured my family that we never had to worry. I trust her and her staff especially Geniva! Omg I think they should clone her because she is extremely profiencient, kind and courteous! She solves all my problem when I call her concerning my mom. Geniva you're the best ever! Thank you so much for all you do!

You will not find a more skilled, proficient, caring and attentive doctor, anywhere. Her staff is extremely proficient and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Yelverton and her staff raise the bar for all others in the medical field. Ten stars!
