He spoke nicely and put me at ease during pre-op visit. A simple 45 minute surgery took him hours to do and he still left a piece of my thyroid in my neck. He wrote cancer on his op report and on further medical investigation, there was no cancer and no prior suspicion of cancer. Hyper-extention and manipulation of my neck during surgery damaged nerves and it took 11 years to completely heal . When I called for help and advice after release, he said "you have a really fat neck" (the goiter) - we had an office visit before surgery. He saw my neck before during and after surgery we both saw before we got to the OR. When I told him I could barely move my limbs he asked what I meant. Then he shouted at me and said"what do you want me to do, come fasten your bra for you?" He was a real mean creep when he discovered the damage he'd done to me and unfortunately I was to unable to sue him in time. I was too disabled for 10+ years to use my body normally. I'd call him a nest name!!

I could not be more pleased with the service, attention, affection and most importantly care that I have received from Dr. Klienstein. His office staff is always a pleasure to work with. Dr. Klienstein took his time to answer all my questions. Dr. Klienstein hands of a God. Two procedures he performed on me and there are no invasive scars, you could rarely tell. By far the best surgeon and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr. Klienstein!

Dr. Kleinstein took all the time to answer my questions and I felt very comfortable and trusted his advice. Office Staff - excellent. Surgery was completed and at the outpatient surgery center, Dr. Kleinstein could not have been more caring. I felt comfortable and confident I chose the right surgeon! Due to covid my husband was not allowed in and after surgery done Dr. Kleinstein called my husband and explained everything to him.

If you are looking for a Dr and his practice that treat you like a number on a piece of paper, this is the one to see. After the initial consult, I was asked on no less than 3 occasions for follow ups and Covid testing but not once did this practice have the decency to contact me themselves. Finally i was told they needed another Covid test but had to have it done the next day without warning or an opportunity to convenience myself. If I wanted to be disrespected I could have gone to a free cinic. I ultimately was forced to cancel my surgery. How could I let someone cut me who wasnt willing to speak to me?????

He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any of my concerns. I was treated with the utmost respect from a Dr who truly cared and did not once look at the clock. Highly recommended surgeon. Went to him for a second opinion, I did end up needing surgery and I felt very comfortable having him operate. His bedside manners are excellent. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. He’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. He treats his patients as if it was his own family member!

Dr. Kleinstein is very friendly and professional at all of my office visits. He was able to quickly schedule my biopsy and diagnose my issue. He always explained in detail what my issues were and my options. He explains the pros and cons and leave it to me to make my final decision. My only issue is with the lady at the front desk, she can be rude at times.... this may be a reason my pressure is also high when I come into this office. Only in this office is where my pressure is escalated after conversing with her.
