Horrendous experience Dr rude condescending Insulting rushed me Said since I wasn't an MD but PhD Psychologist wasn't a real Doctor We walked out hurt and insulted Wife who has Dementia very upset Stay away
Horrible rude unprofessional When she asked me what kind of a Doctor I was and I replied Psychologist she replied I wasn't a real Doctor I walked out because the experience was so traumatic My advice is stay away
Office always opens late, doctor is always late. I've also had billing issues, always take your receipt.
I was treated by Dr. Britton for about a year. She didnt seem very knowledgeable about my brain condition. Although she assured me that she had successfully treated 4 people with the same condition. She was very sarcastic whenever I asked her a question. During a consultation with a neurosurgeon the neurosurgeon called Dr.brittion while I was in the room. When he started asking her questions about my treatment she started to yell at him over the phone. He had to leave the room to continue the phone call. I could still hear her yelling eventhough he was standing in the hallway. This made me feel horrible and very embarrassed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This neurologist is arrogant, rude and so unhelpful it's pathetic. My mother in law has dementia/Alzheimer's and she treated the both of us horribly. She made me feel like I'm inadequate and a terrible caretaker for her. She wouldn't listen to anything my mother in law said to her. Britton just kept ignoring what my mother in law said so that she could bash me. My mother in law even stated she wanted to hurt herself and she ignored her completely. The first time she saw her she didn't want to even mention that she had dementia, when I took her she said "well she has Alzheimer's, the medicine isn't going to make her better" right in front of her. I said "you never told us she had Alzheimer's " and she incredibly sarcastically and oh so rudely said " what do you think dementia is?" She is a horrible doctor with zero compassion for anyone. Please go to someone else.
I am VERY particular in who I see regarding my medical needs. Part of this comes from working in two top medical schools and promoting individual physicians and medical practices. In need of a neurologist, I looked at all options. Based on the evidence (training, board certification, education, patient reviews) I decided to make an appt. w/ Dr. Britton. As a first-time patient she spent an hour with me carefully explaining test results, various options and in general treating me like a valued person. She is definitely patient focused and has a great ability to take complex issues and relate to a patient in a very understandable fashion.
Made an appointment and requested a call back to find out my deductible. Never received a call. Called few days later. No answer. Left message for call back about deductible. No call back. Called today. Spoke to Jennifer and was told that I have to pay the Medicare payment plus the doctor's visit because they will not bill Medicare. Never heard of such policy. Called my Doctor and 2 other doctors and no one ever heard of such nonsense. I cancelled my appointment and made another appointment with a different doctor. No issue there. They will bill Medicare. Dr. Britton and her office is not recommended. There are other complaints on site.
Dr. Britton was kind, caring, and very thorough. She takes her time with you and explains things. She is super friendly and has a great sense of humor. We were very grateful to have her evaluate my husband for traumatic brain injury and would highly recommend her to anyone with a neurological concern.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
