When patients express that they are leaving town at the time of making the appointment, his office needs to express that they don't give results over the phone prior to issuing the appointments and taking a payment . Otherwise you are just taking people's money without treatment and diagnosis. What's the point of the visit in that case? That's horrible of you! And basically a scam.

I went to Dr. Shah office from the very good reviews that i saw. And they're true. Since i moved to Florida I'm doing my treatment and follow up of my lupus with Dr. Shah. I went into another especialist for a second opinion about my desease, and Dr Shah is far the best rheumatologist that i could have. I'm sure that i am in good hands. He is attentive and always looks for the better treatment for his patients. I never had problems with him regarding the schedule time, he is very punctual. And Dr Shah assistant, Dr Laura is also an amazing person! The girls of the frontdesk are always kind, i don't have any complains about it.
