Try getting a call back and left several voice mails to request medical records from a month ago . It seems no one is manning the phone lines horrible !

Pretty sad when you call at 4:00 pm on a Thursday and no one answers the phone.... Thinking I have to find another place.... If there not going to answer phone put it on answering service..... There certainly is enough people in that office for someone not to answer the phone!!!!! Not the first time!!! Customer service in the dump!!!

Dr. Turk is great. He takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. I fee very confident with him as my heart specialist.

From the check-in time to the wait time was not long to be seen. The waiting room is clean and neat. The medical assistance were polite. Doctor Turk’s assistant was well educated. Dr. Turk himself is a great person and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this office and it’s staff members to anyone looking for a new heart institute.
