Dr. Jordan Turk is a very knowledge, understanding and caring Cardiologist. His Staff is wonderful. The office is very organized and functions very well. My visits and procedures were all very positive, caring and comfortable. Dr. Jordan Turk and his Staff are Amazing Professionals.

Seriously has been there for me through thick and thin. The best cardiologist, actually listens to your concerns and decides the best route to take, explains what happened and what’s going on very well, amazing communication!

office workers treated me badly ,with no help at all ,

First visit but I really like the first impression that Dr Turk left me with. He was attentive and helpful and pleasant to speak to. The staff was all very friendly. I also didn't wait long. I realize that may not always be the case but it was a nice for a first visit.

My Father had a bad reaction after he took high blood pressure medicine. I called the after hours Cardiologist un-call on Saturday. The cardiologist was Dr. Turk. I called 5 times during the day even at night time. He never call us back! Dr Turk only left a message to the answering service stating that we should call my father's primary physician instead of him. Very rude! We decided to call his primary doctor , and guess what, the answering service of his primary physician was the same answering service of the cardiologists, and Dr Turk was the after hours primary physician doctor!! Once again never called us back, He only left a message with the answering service personnel: "If we considered this is an emergency, we should take my dad to the hospital, otherwise we should call the primary office on Monday. The "After Hours" website says if you need after hours advice, please call our office". We did that because we wanted to have a doctor's advice to continue with the medication or discontinue. He didn't had the courtesy to answer our call! Very disappointing and rude Dr Turk!

The fron desk person was very rude. I took my grandmother for an appointment and stood by the window for several minutes without her acknowledging us. Did not even look up to say she will be with us later. When I asked If we had to sign in, she replied with an attitude "im the only one here" . Understandable however, the attitude was unnecessary. I replied i just wanted to know what to do since we had no idea after standing there without being greeted. Horrible! I run an office by myself. Im a physical therapist assistant as well and would never treat patients like this.

The reason why I gave dr. Turk's office A 5 Star is because the nurses at the front desk where very nice and polite especially medical assistant Quinn and medical assistant Jackie.

Bad experience Dr. Lied we told him we want to get a second opinion and he said if we checked out against Dr will insurance company will not pay our bill what a lie it's the law you are allowed to get a second opinion
