DO NOT GO. His office staff is the worst. Lack of professionalism. The staff lies and are in the business of making money by charging my insurance things they didn't provide. the immature girl Jennifer lacks self esteem and translates it with her existence, the way she talks and acts.

I love Dr. Leon. I adore him! His receptionist and office manager are incredibly nasty. I am ready to look for another pediatrician. This is a very hard decision for us to make, however we feel it is time to find another pediatrician. This is so sad, considering my husband and his sister are former patients of his from the 80s.

Dr. Leon is an exceptional doctor! He was my pediatrician many, many years ago and was my children’s pediatrician. We moved six hours away and have not found a doctor that compares to him. I have actually considered driving 6 hours, each way to see him! I realize that sounds crazy but that should explain how wonderful he is.

When I went to see this Dr. My expectations were very high based on the overall rating on this website but after experiencing first hand I can only say the Doctor is great and does take his time with children but unfortunately his staff are not, and that make his reputation a bad one since the experience as a whole left much to be desired. I can only say that majority of the reviews are probably from his own office because it is near impossible his rating is higher than a 2 star and that is being generous.

It is Ridiculous !!!!!!!!Dr, Leon is a great person ; HOWEVER, DO NOT GO THERE, unless you want to wait for nearly 3 hours. The ladies in the office have not compassion for your time. They skip your appt and will attend someone else that comes WAY AFTER you. Is is not acceptable.

This office is the most unprofessional pediatricians office I have ever been to. I went there with my daughter 4 times and somehow they have no record of her going in after the first two visits. They didn’t have a problem billing me however. I have bank statements showing every time that they charged my card and still, they can’t come up with a solution for my problem. I paid about $560 and was told that once the insurance claim is approved I will get a refund after the copay and it’s been about a year and I’m still going back and forth with these people (mind you, my insurance has already paid them!). Dr. Leon is a great guy, but the staff is terrible. The front desk is super rude! They had me verify my own insurance benefits because she was annoyed that she was on hold for so long. Dr. Leon’s wife, is also super rude. I don’t understand what kind of business they’re trying to run. At this point I’m just trying to get back the money that they owe me but that seems to be a problem too.
