List of Juan Loy's Reviews
Dr Juan Loy is an awesome Doctor, he listens!!! He gives you quality time. He shows concern and compassion for his patients.Raquel is at the front desk is very efficient, & friendly.. Joann the nurse goes over and above for her patients.
Dr. Loy is the most dedicated, passionate and caring physician you will ever encounter. He is incredibly thorough and treats every single one of his patients like family. He is absolutely incredible!
After 20+ years, its time to part ways with this office. At one point I could say I have the best PCP but unfortunately the office staff including office manager has made it evident that numbers and reimbursement is placed above patient care and satisfaction. I purchased a plane ticket to make this appointment today 3/23 only to be a labeled as aggressive because I stood up for myself! . Well, who wouldn't be if you were trying to move an appointment to an earlier date, then is offered a later one to see rhe PA? It doesn't make sense that your staff canceled the appointment and stuck a later date in when I clearly stated that date was not going to work ( audio was reviewed) . Oh well, its time, to move on. I requested my records and was told there would be a charge once I give the name of my new PCP... is that your way of trying to hold my records hostage? I am entitled to my records, every last page of it! In my opinion, this office sucks! Needless to say, I will take my BLACK AGGRESSIVE and LOUD self to someone who has appreciation for patient care. if Dr Loy's getting ready to be away on vacation for the summer doesn't allow for him to see 1 patient who spent $265 for a plane ticket to make the appointment with no illness or comorbities- a 15 minute visit for an annual physical that says a lot! Maybe it wasn't profitable to lose the cancellation fee! unsuccessful to cha ge to an earlier appointment to be told Dr Loy jas no availability. During my conversation with the office manager, I was labeled as being aggressive among other things.
It has gone very well for me both with the doctor's care and with his staff, they are friendly and efficient in their work ( 10 MONTHS AGO) 03.17.2023 : Something changed in this office, all the staff is new with the exception of the lady who takes the lab tests...we will have to give them a chance but the absence of the excellent former employees is clearly noticeable
This place is total trash! Had me waiting over an hour each visit, in the middle of the work day, anyone over 65 was shuffled through with great efficiency while I sat, they lost all the information I filled out on initial visit and aske me to fill it out again. And they want me to trust them with my insurance care, Ha! And I don’t care how “nice” or how much “bedside manner” a doctor has. Fact of the matter is unorganized, messy, conveyor belt doctors offices are where fatal mistakes happen.
I was with Dr. Alex K for the past 7 years. I was happy with him and OK with their service. However after Alex passed away a year ago. I have been switched to 3 different doctors and the service is just Terrible and is getting worse! Yesterday, I was 10 minutes late for my appointment because the traffic, after I spend 15 minutes trying to figure check in with their new Kioster system- which is not really working. after wait another 10 min the front desk telling me that I have to reschedule my appointment since I was late. I told her that I was only late for 10 min and I have to drive 40 min from my house. She told me she cannot help because they need take care of other customer. Forget it!I don't accept that reason, Everytime I come on time I Have to wait there at least 30 - 40 min to be called! even worse, I had one time the front desk just simply " forget "check me in - I had wait there for 2 hours , I finally come to ask How long I have to wait, they told me "oh sorry, the front desk went to lunch and forget to telling the nurse"... now, I just late for 10 min they cannot squeeze me in to the schedule? I Just don't think that is the right way treat your customer! No pleasant experience at all! I will never go back there again! good luck if you don't believe me!
Kind
The doctor and his team are very professional and kind, the place is clean and tidy. Very organized in all procedures, appointments, etc.
Do not go here...read the other reviews. Dr Loy is good but his office is a ,total mess. It’s run like a factory and each patient is just another car on the conveyor belt. You have been warned.
Dr Loy has the best bedside manner of any dr I’ve ever met. Yes, the wait times often stretch out to 2 hours but it didn’t bother me. It was worth it to spend time with him and leave feeling understood and knowing I was in good hands. I gave 4 stars because the office staff, at the time I was going, were really bad. They were outwardly hostile and impatient. I don’t know how some of them actually worked there. They may have left or changed receptionists, hopefully. It’s been over 5 years since I’ve visited the office as I moved out of the area.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
