The absolute worst office staff ever. Called and was on hold for 14 minutes, then called agsin and was on hold for 11 minutes. They answer the phone and put you on hold without even saying, “Good afternoon, will you please hold?” I called to verify my appointment time and was NEVER able to speak to anyone. I will never go to an office where the staff members are not cordial.

Yesterday my husband had an appointment with Dr Lal Bhagchandani, and the experience was totally disappointing. We waited almost a month for this appointment and we had high expectations, my husband has sleep apnea and trouble sleeping. We got to the office on time and it was completely full! After 1.5 hours of waiting, finally, my husband's turn came, the Dr treated my husband in 4 minutes!!!!, he was really fast, superficial and without any intention of knowing how my husband is or helping us in any way manner. We tried to ask questions but he was in a rush, it was a very frustrating situation and the worst and saddest thing to pay a $85 copay for 4 minutes. The office told us that they are going to call my husband for a new sleep study and we just have to wait. Update: 2 weeks after the appointment, they did NOT call my husband, so we called the Dr's office and they had done nothing.,!!.The secretary said that our insurance had not yet approved the sleep study, We called our insurance and it's a lie!! they did not send anything!! a complete disappointment..

Let me start by saying this… Dr Lal is ok, at best. And as for his nurse practitioner Heidi, she is horrible to put it lightly. She is clearly inexperienced, incompetent and rude!! She does not listen what your concerns are and it is difficult to understand what she babbles about. Im so frustrated! And im not confident or comfortable in care that I received recently. You are warned…Run far away!!!
