Dr. Neena Gupta is the most competent family medicine doctor I’ve ever met in my 75 years of life. It is important to have a doctor that shows an interest in your life, and cares about your health and well-being as if it is her own or a family member. Everyone is pleasant, caring and eager to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Gupta is thorough in her exams. She takes her time and answers all your questions. She doesn't push you to do something if you don't want to. Dr. Gupta and her staff definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

Although I LOVE Dr Gupta, the support staff left me hanging and a 45 minute visit turned into an hour and 45 minute visit. Nurse taking blood and giving EKG took forever to get to me! Not clear on instructions or what to do next, thus a lot of waiting around. No sense of urgency or concern about my time!
