******* STAY AWAY THEIFING TODD HE ONLY WANTS MONEY********* i visited Kup for a simple issue and when i first arrived his nasty office lady's act like they don't want to be there. Full of attitude and animosity. The old lady who does the hearing tests isn't a nice person as i overheard her being snappy with someone else. Back to Todd, he did the usual checking of the ears and SUCKED OUT "WAX". i thought nothing of this until i was BILLED $116 FOR IT. THERE WAS "a little wax" according to Theiting Todd. I cancelled one of the tests because i did not see them as necessary, the next visit he says "did you cancel because it was too expensive?" only a DR who loves money says that. Them after he tells me he NEEDS a Cat Scan to see "allergies in the back of my head" which could be another $4000. After i realized Theifing Todd only wanted money i stopped going. i needed my test results which get this COST $1 per page. Nothing gets away from this guy. another $20 to him for test results. STAY AWAY FROM

The doctor is excellent and a good listener. However, wait times exceeded an hour. The waiting room is cramped and the office appears not to have been renovated in over 30 years.

It was a good experience. Starting with the office staff nursing and specially Dr Kupferman they made me feel at ease and welcomed. As a physician myself, I was impressed with his fund of knowledge and his impecable bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Kupferman and his staff.

I have to truly say when I visit Dr. Todd A. Kupferman ENT Office , I always feel welcome and staff is so friendly. When I have any questions after my visit I can always call and I get to speak with Sally. Sally is always friendly and has such a pleasant voice. She direct my calls to the staff member that I need to speak with in the Margate or Lighthouse Point Office. All the Staff Members are so Wonderful when I visit either office. I would definitely recommend friends or family members to either office. Thank you, to All the Staff for making my visits a pleasant one whether it is at the Lighthouse Point Office or Margate Office. Everyone is truly Wonderful!!! I thank you so much. Lenette Toombs

The Doctor and the staff are very very good, yes its true the location is old and it is and old facility but we all came for health issues not for realty. It is also true the time you wait is alot but yet again It is not that bad when you know you are in good hands...
