The office manager/ billing manager Marie is absolutely rude which further confirms my decision never to return. Dr. Gupta should be ashamed of having such and individual work for her. She doesn't listen and talks over you when you try to explain something. Keeps insisting that she is right when she is so wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. They also bill incorrectly and then demand you pay. Based on all the other reviews I see this is a constant problem with Marie being rude and unprofessional. You will continue to lose patients if you don't correct her attitude!
It's quite a shame that I even have to write this review. I wasn't surprised to learn that there is a 2.8 review score for this business upon preparing to write my own. However, the Office Manager at this location is beyond disrespectful. It is clear that she has no business acumen nor has successfully completed customer service service training. I'm not sure who employed her or made her upset, but when you're dealing with the general public and patients alike, there is a certain level of professionalism that should be exemplified. I would be happy to speak to someone above her pay grade directly to share my unexpected experience with her. Unfortunately, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere, even though this facility is less than five minutes from home. Forget convenience, I'd rather go where I can be respected as a patient. I would not recommend anyone to this office but I certainly recommend that this practice take the appropriate disciplinary steps or you will continue to lose patients.
Update- started off good in my first visit and it seems like everyone is now disorganized and not the same attention that I received the first time I went. Waited almost 35mins for blood work and received an email from the lab that my results are not ready due to an issue with the blood collection, a week later. I also have been asking for a form to be submitted to my insurance and as of today, a week later nothing has been sent. Most likely changing practice. I also requested a medication be sent to my pharmacy because it was lost and the dr said pharmacy will not allow , i checked with pharmacy and they said as long as the doctors sends for it , the fill it. ———— Just needed to rave on the staff and the facility at Sample. The facility is super clean and everyone was super helpful and sweet. The front desk check in process was smooth and even took me a bit earlier than my appt time. Everything was beyond my expectations beginning wi. h the MA to the doctor. The doctor (Dr. Perugoria) was very thorough with everything and took her time with me. Asked me questions and actually LISTEN!! She was absolutely very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Jenny was beyond amazing and helped resolve my insurance/ labs /meds / pharmacy situation. Keep up the great job and will definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you guys!
Terrible, I called to get some clarification on a missed appointment charge when I had all my appointments 4 months prior to when this one was scheduled and I wasn’t aware of it and the manager doesn’t even try to listen but instead has an attitude demanding that I’m wrong and need to pay the missed appointment fee. She also HUNG UP in my face while I was trying to explain that I didn’t make that appointment. This is unacceptable customer service. Also when I did have my appointments prior they were very unorganized and ghetto.
Worked there one day and was told "check is in the 📬". Never sent it..T he people who work there are miserable 😖..The doctor talks behind your back and "trashes you."She thinks she's the "queen who knows everything"..All who work there are afraid of her..pathetic place .uncaring slave drivers!
Dr Gupta is the best. She treats my wife and really cares about her patients' well-being. We love her for that.
I was there for my annual physical, and was informed by the front desk employee that I would have to wait exactly 365 days to receive it. This information directly contradicted the terms of my insurance plan, which operates on a calendar year basis. I attempted to reason with her and even went as far as contacting my insurance company in her presence to confirm the policy details. To my dismay, despite providing concrete evidence from my insurance company that my physical was indeed covered and should be granted, the front desk employee refused to budge. She insisted that her manager had made the final decision and that I would not be seen that day, despite the fact that I had already arrived and completed all the necessary paperwork. What baffles me the most is why I was allowed to go through the trouble of confirming my insurance coverage with my provider if it was ultimately going to have no impact on the situation. This disregard for my time showcases a severe lack of professionalism and patient care.
Very disorganized office in appointments, exam reading, patient bathrooms are dirty all the time. They change doctors every month. I gave them a second chance and they scheduled me for my annual exam a month ago at 3pm. I was calling several times to see if they moved me in the morning. I arrive today for the appointment and they tell me that the annual appointment is still not due until the following month. They had 1 month to rectify the appointment and they did not. I lost my time and half a day of work. However, a very disagreeable lady who verifies insurance came out to the lobby from the front door to tell me about my privacy and health insurance in front of all the other patients which is a HIPAA breaker. I will not return and I do not recommend that you have bad experiences with your primary doctor.
I don't even know where to start. I'm so sorry for Dr. Gupta. She is very good and professional and cares about her patients. But the management is THE WORST. They charging for something what they never did, never told. They sent the bills I called them to get an explanation wth is that charges and the manager was sooooo rude, doesn't tell you anything just this is the charge on every annual AND HANGS UP A PHONE ON YOU. Don't ever go there. They will rip you off and the manager thinks she is the GOD. BTW for future reference they charging an annual depression screening. I don't know what is that, I went there for annual bloodwork so don't ask me nor them bc they don't say a word to you. We are leaving them for sure with my family plus I tell a couple of my friends who used to go there to change a doctor.
Went into the office and got a prescription unfortunately the medication was out and not available, I called the office for three weeks to get a different medication but was never able to get to speak to someone thus lead to frustration and showed the absolute disregard for people by the MAs at this facility, after not hearing from them for over two months I called back only to be transferred again to the MA extension and again no answer, I had to go to the operator and beg not to be transferred again as the MA never picks up, I was then handed over to the MA who proceeds to lie about calling me back and leaving a detailed message when I challenged her and called her out on the lie she said she will not speak to me anymore and transfer me to the office manager who incidentally never picks up either. All in all very poor cucustomer service you are better off going somewhere else..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
