Update: Dr. Sheikh's office treated me very disrespectfully while there and after (see other review). I went in for simple bloodwork and an ultrasound a total of once, and they wouldn't even give me my records. Kept saying they were in the portal, which they weren't. Now, I have this bill for over $3000. My insurance company said it was suspicious and they charged for over 20 different procedures without my permission. They are scammers. I have never, ever been treated this way, and now I have a huge bill to worry about? They are supposed to help people, not hurt them.

They are such scammers. Would not let me see doctor because I'm not over 65. Said I needed bloodwork and an ultrasound. They would not give me my results or records. Kept saying it was in portal which it wasn't. Then, new doctor couldn't even get results. They were very rude and unhelpful the numerous times I called and visited. And then they charged my insurance for over 20 different procedures! I have a bill for over $3100 now for one visit! My insurance company is investigating. I'm reporting them to the medical board. This is BS. I've never been treated like this by any doctor. They're crooks and should be prosecuted.

I went to this doctor one time, and then I was told I could not see the actual doctor since I'm not over 65. Really? I went to see him because I wanted to see an MD doctor, not a DO and not a nurse. Then, the nurse I was forced to see instead, Mr.Chee Lee, was very rude and condescendimg and would not even give me referrals to specialists. I am a cardiac patient and also need a rheumatologist for my lupus, and he refused. He said I needed a blood panel and an ultrasound first. They did the ultrasound in-house and sent me to Quest for bloodwork. They would not give me the results at all, nor my new doctor. They were rude and hung up on me, kept saying it was all in the portal, which it wasn't. Now, they billed my insurance company for over 20 different procedures, and I have a huge bill of over $3000. For ONE routine visit! My insurance company says it's very suspicious and now are investigating. I'm not sure what I did wrong here, but now I have this huge bill to deal with for routine bloodwork and an ultrasound that they won't even let me or my doctor see! And they keep sending me bills...They are scammers and I think the other reviews must be fake. Do not go to this doctor. I've reported him.

Staff is very polite and responsive to my needs. Recently had to contact them regarding an insurance issue and they were on the ball in getting my problem resolved. Thumbs up to Dr Sheik, CeeKay. and the Rock Island staff 👏🏾👍🏾

Dr. Sheikh and Dr. C.K. Lee have been my doctor for years and they have been attentive to my care. The staff is friendly. The office is clean.

Worst experience with a doctor ever. Dr. Sheikh won't even see you unless you're over 65, which they don't tell you. So, I had to see his nurse, and Mr. Chee Lee wouldn't even give me referrals I need. I'm a cardiac patient and he wouldn't even send me to a cardiologist. I decided to change to a better doctor, and now they won't even release my bloodwork or ultrasound that I PAID FOR! I've been hung up on by their office staff and even a manager, and even my new doctor has repeatedly requested my records and they will not give them. I will be reporting them to the medical board. I've never been treated so poorly by any office ever for anything! Do not go to this doctor.
