I’m writing this review because It’s well deserved. Dr.Michelov is the most respectful and caring Doctor I’ve ever met. I met this wonderful person at Coral Springs Hospital tonight and he treated me and my Wife so kind it brought me to Tears! The compassion he had with us knowing we are dealing with a lot put a smile on her face. Thank You so very much Dr.Michelov. You deserve the Highest Honor as a Surgeon🥇 To anyone who reads this and looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon he has my Vote..and hands down he will treat you with so much kindness and respect 🌹

I met Dr Michelov at the hospital when I broke my shoulder. His kind and caring manner really put me at ease for my shoulder replacement surgery. The surgery was a success and I have full use of my arm. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again if I need an orthepedic Dr.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Michelov. He is a professional doctor of extra class. When I come, I didn't have to wait long in office, unlike other busy specialists. The office team is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Michelov's diagnostic was surprisingly quick and accurate. Now my shoulder pain is finally gone. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone who needs orthopedic help!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Michelov years ago when he did surgery on my moms elbow. The minute I saw him, I felt very comfortable and confident about his diagnosis and treatment plan for my mom and I knew that I needed his services for my bone on bone knee pain. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone with orthopedic problems, now after many attempts with different orthopedic doctors, I was impressed with how he explained everything regarding my condition and discussed the path forward. The entire staff from the moment you walk through the door gives you great services; honestly my experience with the Top Tier Orthopedic staff as a whole has been very pleasant and professional I would recommend them to anyone and Dr. Michelov to everyone.

I was 20 min late and they welcomed me with open arms and hearts. Dr. Michelov is a very skilled and gentle physician. I’ve had to see him 2x in last 10 years. Both times I was relieved of my pain and suffering. Thank You Dr. Michelov & Maddie, PA and support staff.

My husband fell and shattered his femur.We were in Florida on vacation and not knowing any physicians here I was at a loss. All I had to select a doctor was on line reviews and my gut. I’m so glad I chose Dr Michelov. First of all his knowledge is incredible, he sits down with you and explains everything to you in terms you can understand. His bedside manner is amazing. You feel like a family member with the care and concern he exhibits. I can’t speak to his treatment style, but from my experience with him treating my husband I would say he has a more conservative approach to healing, and he is a firm believer in boosting your healing process by good nutrition and vitamins. I can attest that this is a sound approach. My husband’s femur was literally shattered and we followed his advice, after seeing the follow up X-rays the healing is definitely happening! We can not thank Dr Michelov enough. My husband injury was catastrophic with a 30-40% survival rate, Dr Michelov saved his life.
