Melissa Caraballo's Online Review Report Card

While I do like the doctor we see at this practice they are EXTREMELY disorganized and it can take months to get in for a well visit. Also they only see sick kids in the afternoon which is ridiculous. Most of the time when the kids are sick we have to go to quick care. My problem with this is when my kid is sick I want them to see their regular doctor but it NEVER happens. I dont recommend this practice mostly due to how they schedule appointments. Dothan Pediatrics is great. They have a sick walk in clinic and most times we are able to see our regular doctor.

Let me just say, 17 and my daughter is almost two months old. we’ve had 3 visits with Dr. Caraballo so far. I have never met a doctor so kind. I’ve stopped seeing my pediatrician for the obvious reasons, and never were they so amazing with children as Dr. Caraballo is with my daughter. And not only is she amazing with my daughter, but she is so kind to me. As being a teen mom you almost feel judged everywhere you go. Not here. But she genuinely listens to my concerns about my daughter and does so well with my her every time. And not to forget to mention, my daughter was showing signs of a cold, and they were able to get us in a few hours later. And even though I was 30 Minutes late (traffic) They still fit us in!! If you are thinking about making her your child’s pediatrician I couldn’t recommend her enough. Also, I believe the nurse I always see is Tracey! she is just amazing with my daughter as well. I am always above and beyond in belief with Doctors, Nurses, And overall Staff Members. Such an Amazing Office!!

Dr. Caraballo has seen all 3 of my children. The physicians in this practice are patient advocates. They want the best for my children. They work diligently and very hard for each one. They tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear, that is much appreciated from this mom.

I called at 8am on 3/8/21. I was put on hold 3 times and the last 2 times the women I believe her name was Connie made it extremely clear that it was way to early for me to be calling about an appointment. I gave her my childs name and date of birth for her to say she would call me right back. I knew due to Connies attitude I would most definitely not be getting a call back. Whoever is responsible for this office should listen to phone recordings and listen to the way she speaks to individuals.

Dr. Caraballo is the best!" Her office is kid friendly and the staff is too. Dr. Caraballo is very good with my daughter. My daughter is autistic , and she cooperates each visit.

Amazing doctor, really listens to her patients, knows how to properly care for intact boys and is willing to space out vaccines a bit if needed/wanted.
