Although was not able to get an appt approved by the VA in time. Kayla (hope spelled correctly) went above and beyond to try and help my husband with his situation. They set us up at another dentist since emergency visit. However, could not let it go without recognizing her efforts of how well her efforts went. Thanks so much and well appreciated!! Great job!

The staff is unprofessional and mean. They refused to release my medical records,then canceled all of my appointments to get my medical records

Our family has been going here for over a month (2 young children and myself) So I thought I would share my experience. It’s the kind of allopathic medical office where they do not want to you to ask questions. Keep your mouth shut and go with their dental treatment plan, no outside opinions will be tolerated. I voiced my thoughts over my children’s dental plan and after that time I was ignored literally, the dental personnel cleaned my children’s teeth in absolute silence, it was very sterile, the communications. My children have recently had x-rays at another dental office, so I preferred ed to skip these, they told me this would not be acceptable and they refused to clean my children’s teeth without them. I understand why, insurance reasons, money to be made easily. It’s a shame when doctors offices will not listen to parents and together formulate what works best for a family. I would not expect good customer service at your visit.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours just for my child to get a sports physical. There was only one other person in there when we walked in. Several people came in after us, and they were seen before us. Would not recommend.

Gotta say after readin reviews i figured i still see for myself n yeah wow what a rude receptionist. Yall honestly need to find a bew staff. Ive bever heard of any dental place making someone fill out all the stuff online themselves just to wait to be accepted?? Gtfoh. Def never going to this one. And i had her on speajer phone, my husband agreed the tone of her voice n how she acted was just straight rude. I hope they shut this place down n restart.

This place need be closed and reopened with better Doctor and staff it's was bad the Doctor did speak English or under stand what I said and the people at the front desk need to take class on how to treatment a human no good Morning or nothing just a lot of attitude from time you get their to the time you leave I want take my Mother there no longer my dog it so bad I just should go to the hospital

Some of the rudest customer service I've ever seen in my life. Very bad attitudes from the ladies who were working in the front and on the phone. It's almost like this place is for people with no insurance or very bad insurance and the employees feel like they can talk to you however they want because you're a piece of crap that is forced to go through them. Well, I'm changing my insurance just so I never have to go into this place again.
