I didn't have to wait long and he was very helpful and informative about my surgery.

Staff is friendly and professional. Very pleased with my visit as well as the surgery.

I visited this office today, and everyone was totally nice and professional. Don't know what was going on a year ago, but I assure you it's a great office with a great staff, both up front and in the back. I'm so pleased to have found Dr. Arunakul and his staff. He wasn't rushed, listened to all I had to say, asked reasonable questions, and explained the process. Five stars for sure!

Good initial visit. Moved to Gulf Coast Hospital in PC for a second procedure. Smooth transition to the new hospital. Dr.’s office was clean. Staff was courteous. Jackson Hospital would get a 2 out of 5 for responding to the patient. Seemed under staffed. They sent me home from the emergency when they should have admitted me (according to the drs it should have been considered an emergency surgery). Definitely improved after gallbladder surgery.

Great visit to Dr. Arunakul and his staff. Pleasant open reception area, efficient and friendly receptionist, great staff, caring physician. He took the time to listen, ask good questions, and explain everything. So glad I found this office!

First of all I can’t say enough of things about this doctor. Dr Arunakul has been a life saver. I am a two cancer survivor. I had so many surgeries within the last ten years. Some of my organs have been greatly affected by embedded radiation and regular radiation treatments. Scar tissues have developed and I had difficulty with my stoma. I know we have a Good and Great God who has been with me and made sure God gave me the BEST and SKILLED DOCTORS. God has sent me Dr Arunakul to do a hernia mesh. Dr Arunakul was very professional and had good bed side manners. He was kind and explained various types of hernia mesh,;since I heard bad thing about these hernia mesh and nerve having one placed in. Dr Arunakul reassured not to worry and a miraculous surgery and I thank him for what he has done to make my health better. I highly recommend Dr Arunakul to anyone.

I have had allot of doctors who had given me 5 colonoscopy in one year. Sad to say I was very unhappy and never went back to get my colon check in ten years. I was afraid getting a quake doctor again. I found a doctor in Marianna who was referred by my primary doctor. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Arunakul who does colonoscopy and other surgeries. I made an appointment with this doctor. I was very impressed by his bed side manner. I informed the Dr Arunakul of my past experiences with other doctors. Dr Arunakul exam me thoroughly and scheduled me for colonoscopy. After seeing him later in the month I had pains in my stomach. My wife took me to the emergency room and Dr Arunakul was on duty that day. He came in to exam me and informed me I need gall bladder surgery. He scheduled me immediately for gall bladder surgery. Dr Arunakul came to visit me at the hospital to make sure I was recovering well. I recommend him “HIGHLY “ for any surgeries he can do for you.

Receptionist rude and very unprofessional.

FRONT STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. GAVE ME THE THIRD DEGREE OVER MEDICATION AT THE WINDOW WITH A SEMI FULL WAITING ROOM OF WAITING PATIENTS EMBARRASSED ME SHOULD SUE FOR DEFAMATION.

He has a God complex. He will not listen or talk to patients. He talks AT them. I "fired" him and went with one of the other doctors on his staff at the time. Avoid Jackson Hospital and Dr. Arunakul II at all costs.
