As always very pleased with my service this visit

SAVE YOUR MONEY and book ANYWHERE ELSE other than IDEAL IMAGE They are a SCAM of a business. Prior to Covid I signed their contract for Laser Hair Removal. My terrible review isnt even for the woman who pressured me to sign a contract I barely was given time to fully read but its for being taken advantage of during Covid and their inability to carry out their contract. If I was able to carry out treatments every 610 weeks as recommended in their contract maybe I wouldnt feel so taken advantage of.According to your contract you can book unlimited sessions during your 16 month contract and they recommend treatments every 6 10 weeks. However what they dont disclose is that they have an extremely high turnover rate and never have availability within the recommended 610 weeks. When the shutdown happened in 2020 right after my 1st treatment I was rescheduled along with everyone else. Some of my treatments were 1314 weeks apart due to unavailability of THEIR staff. During Covid when I inquired about the timeline and my concern with my treatments being so far apart multiple nurses assured me that they would take care of me and all the people who were in the middle of their contracts during Covid. I was even told by MULTIPLE nurses and front desk staff that I had 2 extra treatments added due to Covid. When I inquired at one of my appointments of how that promise would be tracked and how I could make sure it would be honored I was told by the nurse and the front desk staff to not worry and that they ensured me it was in my chart.Now 2 days before my next appointment Im being told that my 16 months is up and I have to pay if I want to continue my treatments. When I explained that after my last treatment my nurse told me I still had THREE additional treatments left the woman on the phone told me that my nurse was mistaken and that it doesnt matter because my 16 months was up. What a scam. A business that informed me I would for sure be taken care of due to Covid happening during my treatments has completely gone back on their word.On top of it all their machine is extremely painful and despite having pale skin and dark skin which I was told was the best combo for their machines for hair removal I still have quite a bit of hair growth. WASTE OF MONEY.

DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY NOT ONLY DO YOU HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS OVER EVEN MONTHS FOR AN APPT AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY WILL MARK YOU FOR APPTS TO FULFILL THEIR CONTRACT. I WENT MONTHS WITH OUR TREATMENT BECAUSE OF CANCELLATION ON THEM DUE TO COVID TO BE TOLD THEY WOULD ADD EXTRA APPOINTMENTS THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I HAVE FULFILLED MY CONTRACT AND THE EXTRAS AND I NEED TO START PAYING THE $134 TO DO WHAT THEY HAVE NOT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED EDIT LET ME ADD THAT THIS IS THE ONE IS AUGUSTA GA THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT

Truly terrible experience with just about anyone that isnt the person actually doing your treatment. They take thousands of dollars from you cannot ever get you scheduled when you do get scheduled they will cancelmove your appointment date and time without your consent or knowledge. They also claim you will be HAIRLESS and at the end of your treatment when youre not satisfied with still having a lot of hair and it actually being WORSE than before they claim they try to only achieve 90% hair loss. I have reached out MANY times to management within this location customer service and even corporate and nobody returns your calls. You are truly just another number and sales goal to this company. Avoid at all costs.

The nurse was very courteous kind as she did my procedure we spoke kept it no update nice and light my shoe is very kind

I had a wonderful experience and the staff was very professional while doing their job.

The hair removal treatment is great and works if you are able to get the treatments. However they are short staffed. I had several cancelled appointments due to them being short staffed. As a result my contract period expired and the treatments that I paid for I can no longer receive because they are outside of my contractual date. I tried to speaking with the director of clients at the Augusta office and she wasn’t understanding or apologetic she just kept saying we can book an appointment but you will have to pay. I think that it is absurd for her to suggest that I pay for treatments that I already paid for because THEY were short staffed. If this is the way that customers are treated I can only imagine how the employees are treated. It’s not hard to figure out why they are continuously short staffed. Again the treatment works but the customer service is horrendous. I would not recommend anyone to book here.

Staff is friendly. I had a bit of a wait but not too lengthy.thus why I gave the 45 rating I did not receive any numbing cream or an ice pack after but I did have aloe put on for me after the procedure. The building itself seems a bit outdated and old. It gave the feeling of... Being stale.I hope ideal image opens more locations in the south Carolina region soonUPDATE Staff is still very friendly and technician is incredibly professional making spreading your cheeks for someone not as embarrassing as I could have felt 😅I feel like the prior long wait was truly due to covid as the past few times Ive only waited a few minutes between checking in and going back.

I love my experience with Ideal Images. Im always in and out in less than 20 minutes.
