Horrible experience. Repeatedly cancels appointments at the last minute. Today I sat in the car for an hour and a half waiting and eventually just left. my wife was also a patient She gave up earlier than I did, I assumed that she just had bad luck but I had the exact same experience. Zero stars And I was going in today to say I think I need an MRI because his operation didn’t work and I think I need another.

What I want to know is why Dr. Kreisberg is no longer in practice. I was informed of this 4 days before my 2nd hip replacement surgery was to be performed. No explanation was given, no follow-up help has been available, and no compliance with records transfers has been afforded. What happened??? Why is there no access to him, or to my records??? Scary...
