Excellent and professional experience

Excellent doctor; she pays close attention and gets to the root of the problem. I am still in her care it’s going to take awhile to get to a clean bill of health but time and Dr Dewanwala will get me there

Everyone was very professional yet very friendly. Dr. Dewanwala sat down and asked questions and listened to my answers. I felt very satisfied with all aspects of my visit.

Probably the best doctor I have ever spoken with. Very knowledgeable, kind, concerned, straight forward and to the point. Such a great dr. However, when I call in it's always a voice mail I have to talk to. I've had an emergency order I need 2 weeks ago and I have no communication between insurance and the Dr office. If there is I am not being followed up with to let me know they are in communications. It's been almost two weeks since the Stat order was put in and insurance is holding up. I've talked to insirance and they say they can't get a holdnof the office. I guess what I'm trying to say is.......... a doctor can be amazing but if there is no communication and solutions are not being initiated then its pointless to see the doctor. I understand how busy things get hut patients are the reason you have a job. Please be more vigilant on trying to figure out what the hold ups are and stay in close communication with the patient

She looked very angry no bedside manners rude crude

Today was my first visit. Front desk was very nice and polite and professional. I waited. Maybe close to 30 minutes to go back which was In my experience normal. Right away. The nurse made me feel comfortable. She listen to me and make me feel hopeful, ( thank you so much)she told me what a wonderful caring person Dr. Dewanwala is and that she won’t give up on me. The doctor came in and called me back to her office and we sat down and talked. She looked at my past records and decided that I needed to have a procedure as soon as possible. She did not want me to wait. I told her how my previous doctor had just given up on me and she assured me that she was not going to do that. For the first time in a year, I feel really hopeful in getting help with my stomach issues. She assured me I wasn’t crazy lol , this is the first doctors visit that I’ve had in a very long time where I really felt comfortable. My anxiety was not up and I just felt like I was in good hands. The lady that scheduled my procedure was super nice and professional. I had already given up and just decided that I was just going to have to live with my stomach issues and didn’t have high hopes for this visit. I’m so thankful that I went. Thank you Dr. Dewanwala and staff

She is horrible doctor acted like Sargent carter. Very rude and crude. I went with all my symptoms nicely drafted and she did not address any issues She took me to her examination room and shouted DROP YOUR PANTS She did not provide me any kind of gown and gave me a few tissue paper Horrible lady in wrong profession She should join US Military as Sargent carter. I never encountered a lady with miserable manners

It was a great experience. I didn’t have to wait long and they asked appropriate health questions with a physical assessment. Everything was explained and given to me in writing. Quick and efficient while being friendly. Thanks guys
