I got a bill for almost $500 for the blood work. And she wanted to charge me too for the video visit!

I saw this doctor only one time and for a reason. I was in pain from a recent back surgery and went as a first time new patient. Doctor Grover appeared uncaring, was abrupt and did not ask about any of my current concerns. When I asked her to check my back scar, she seemed annoyed, yanked at my jeans and I had to ask her to check my lungs and ears. She jammed the ear piece in so far my ear hurt for two days. My blood pressure was up from the back pain so she DOUBLED MY DOSE and said she'd see me in April!! Thank God I didn't do it, my BP is 128/88 every day since!! Or close to it. Also rude and short with her staff. Bad experience all around.

Always receive excellent care. Dr. Grover is thorough and listens to my concerns. Staff always try to accommodate when I call with a problem. Would recommend as a primary physician.
