Very patient and really wants to get to the root of the problem to find out where the issue is coming from
I have been a patient for 10 years... Very seldom do you find a doctor that cares about their patient's as much as he does. I give Dr. Barile a 10 star Rating.
I met Dr Barile during a hospital stay. As I'm allergic to several antibiotics and had a serious infection, he was instrumental in finding the appropriate treatment, dose, and frequency. I've seen him a few times since and he is always through, caring, and explains issues and recommendations.
After seeing several doctors about an obvious infection on my face and neck, it was decided I had lymph node issues of some kind. I was referred to an excellent ENT who did all he could, then referred me to an infectious disease specialist. His office recommended Dr. Barile or Dr Teh, both in the same practice. I called this last Monday to make an appointment and was told my referrals hadn't been entered into the system yet, but that they would call me either late that same afternoon or the next morning. My phone never left my side, and no call came in that Monday or all day Tuesday. Wednesday morning at 10:00 I called back to find out why no call, and to secure an appointment. The woman who answered said she had the referrals and would call me back in FIVE MINUTES. When it was 4:00 and still no call, I called again only to be told the doctors hadn't reviewed my case yet. They would call me first thing "tomorrow morning". We're now up to Thursday. The call never came, so I called at 11:00 and left a message, and again at 4:00 to leave yet another message. At 4:50 I finally heard from the specialist's office....no apology for not getting back to me. I was told that THE DOCTORS REVIEWED MY CASE AND HAVE DECLINED IT! She explained that they mostly take patients who have been in hospital and have been referred from there. I've never experienced such a thing. She also told me that, because the culture had no growth apparent (that is, it was clear, thankfully) it becomes an "unknown". Hello???? I know it's an unknown, which is why my ENT referred me to them in the first place! Now this went on for four full days without a call. I wasted four days where I could have been proactive instead of waiting for a call that doesn't come. I could have made a different appointment, had they only called when they promised they would, over and over. I was very upset and told the woman I'd rather they just tell me they'll get back to me whenever, not promise a time and then renege. It added more stress on me, which I didn't need....and in general, is a very rude way to treat people. Luckily I'm finding other avenues but truly believe the doctor should have at least honored my ENT's request for me to be seen.
Dr. Barile is one of the few doctors left that will actually take the time to discuss your issues. He is not satisfied until you understand what you have, and what his course of action will be. He's the finest doctor in his field in East Central Florida.
Has always given his uninterrupted time and as much as I need. Gives me all the options and let me have say in treatment actions. I Wish all doctors could be this great>

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
