List of Ashish Mahindra's Reviews
whoever left the one star review is full of baloney, Dr Mahindra is a first class great physician and always responds to the nurses and pharmacist’s at Kindred kindly and quickly, I have known him for 12 years and no-one at Kindred is paid to recommend a doctor which is both ethically wrong and against CMS regulations. He is among the top three of pulmonologist’s in this county and I have worked here in three different hospitals and a cardiologist office since 1980 so I know a lot of doctors, MBD PharmD.
Dr Mahindra saw a family member who was in the hospital (with lung issues) for the FIRST time and never listened to the patient’s lungs! Yet he shamed this family member by stating they should have had the vaccine (which isn’t even a vaccine) and didn’t want to order the treatment we asked for because “a lot of people want that treatment, this patient is not the only one who wants it. And it will take a day or two to get it, and it doesn’t work!” REALLY!!! That’s the service my insurance is paying Dr Mahindra for? That’s how he treats a patient? AND the treatment DID work! Extremely rude, inappropriate and a lack of hippocratic Oath! Would he shame all his patients who haven’t been “vaccinated” and it’s a personal choice so why not respect that? SHAME ON YOU Dr. Mahindra.
Dr. Mahindra brought me back to life along with other Providers at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton, WI during the H1N1 pandemic. I just want him to know I'm grateful for him and the rest of the doctors who put in so many hours trying to fight this strain. It was a long road to a full recovery but I did it with a smile. He was so amazing to my parents and spoke to them in a way they could understand each step that was going to be taken, he was always made himself available never kept them in the dark. Dr. Mahindra will always have a special place in my heart. I felt I had to say something now to give him the strength he had back then to fight this COVID-19
Wonderful pulmonologist. Quick and to the point but Very knowledgeable. Took care of me at Holmes ER and then at the hospital after I was admitted because of chemical intoxication. He was always checking on lab results And communicating with the nurses. Highly recommend.
Tall Indian fellow with a great bedside manner. But. Two days before my wife died he said she had an 85% chance of survival and recommended discharge to Kindred Rehab Hospital in Melbourne. The social worker concurred. The next day her pulmonary doctor told us she could not breathe on her own and recommended terminating life support. The next day, her other pulmonary doctor told us the same thing. This was done, as she would have wished. She passed after an hour. Now there are rumors about Kindred Hospital. Surely it is not true that patient there get a lot of sedation and not a lot of rehabilitation. Surely it is not true that Kindred pays commissions to recommending doctors and social workers. But, if the rumors were true, they would explain Dr. Mahendra's recommendations. Make of this what you will if you ever have to listen to him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
