Dr. Dickinson is an awesome, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. She takes all the time necessary to completely understand the patient’s history, current signs and symptoms, and she explains each test, how the test is preformed and why it’s needed prior to testing. She then completely explains testing result(s) and plan(s) for treatment(s). Thank you Dr. Dickinson for your wonderful help today and in the future. And thanks to Dr. Dickenson’s assistant for her intake interview, and compassion.

I don't ever leave a review on anything but I just felt like I had to for Dr. Dickinson and her staff. I'm a 36 year old needing my tonsils out badly and yes i was terrified. Dr. Dickenson explained everything to the "T" on what would happen, what she will do and even explained the worse case scenario. Day of surgery I don't remember too much but post surgery went exactly how Dr. Dickinson said it would go. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go to Dr. Dickinson again. Wanda and Lisa in the office are so sweet and called to check on me. They definitely treat you as family. Dr. Dickinson if you see this, Thank you so much!!!! ---Shamar

I have to believe she diagnosed my nasal problems. Explained it well. Glad for that. But then she melted down into judgmental remarks … rude and unprofessional behavior. I can say more but I prefer to stop here.

Qualified in her field. She diagnosed a condition I was unaware of.. but that has been impacting my health. She prescribed a treatment regime. But she swung between being nice and being very verbally abusive, shaming, and insulting and in front of other patients and staff. No tolerance of anything except her own words. The staff was mostly very curt and one almost rude. Good if you need a helpful diagnosis but be on guard for any mood swings. Go in, keep your mouth shut, eyes down, get your diagnosis and treatment and leave asap.

Office staff is great, I had my son's pcp send over a referral they received it and scheduled an appointment right away, explained everything from cleaning g his ears to tonsil removal surgery and explained it a way a teenage boy could understand.

Dr Dickinson was very thorough. She took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns. She showed genuine compassion, and did not make me feel rushed in any way, which is very hard to find today. I would highly recommend Dr. Dickinson.
