He is the worst doctor I have seen. He did not see me at all. I was in his office and his assistant saw me and I got hundreds of shots. The testimonials posted in his office is perhaps fake. He doesnt take pride in his job. The worst pain doctor God bless America plus Florida healthcare

Dr Patel is by far one of the most qualified pain management doctors in central Florida I’ve had injections by other doctors for years with zero results I was in a whirlwind of constant nagging pain I’m happy to report his injections have helped me tremendously Dr Patel was recently honored and awarded with TOP DOCTOR DISTINCTION If he can help me he can help anyone Thank you Dr. Patel I’m ever so grateful

If Dr. Deuk tells you Dr. Patels Epidurals are better Dont hesitate to believe himMy response I didnt want to put myself through it again. I thought I knew the painful outcome and honestly thought it would stir up yet another can of worms. I had a epidural from another pain management doctor and it didnt work and caused more pain. I eventually agreed to have Dr Patel do the procedure or I would be faced with a multilevel thoracic fusion. After two years of continuous thoracic pain due to fractures and herniations pressing on the cord..in one short week Im pain free Unbelievable 20+ years of pain management and these doctors already exceeded my expectations We are extremely fortunate to have these over qualfied doctors treating in our area I am so very gratefulIm bringing my husband in soon to Deuk Spine. I really dont care how much we have to pay out of pocket because I know the results of Dr. Patels injections will give him relief and his positive results will far exceed any out of pocket costs we will pay.Dr. Patel is at the top of his field He deserves a 5 star rating all day long

I have been a patient of Dr Patel for several year. He has kept me off the operating room table with specific injection for pain management. Today 632020 I had a prescheduled appointment for a procedure. when I arrived I asked to speak to Dr. Patel. Advised him that the procedure I was scheduled for I wanted to delay as I was have very bad pain in my groin and thigh. He was able to provide an exam and adjusted my schedule to accommodate the current pain situation. Great approach to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and the Deuk Spine Institute for anyone having spine neck and back issues.

He is a horrible pain doctor. Never gave diagnostic tests and started injecting steroids and damaged my nerves. He also milked Medicare. Hopeless doctor

Limited experience so far. Looking forward to more appts to relieve pain. Not really able to determine effectiveness of the treatments so far. Office staff is pleasant and efficient.

I take my mom for all sort of treatments with Dr. Patel and Dr. Santiago who are very caring and knowledgeable. They are the best I’ve heard or seen so far and of course they are on the the high end of quality excellence and great medical care in this specialization. With no insurance is difficult to access great treatments I guess wherever you go. Definitely “quality” is expensive

9 years Ive been coming to Dr. Patel . Thoraciclumbar and cervicle disc herniations from a car accident as a teen 35 years ago. He has always hooked me up with injections or Radio Frequency Ablations as well as pain medication. Always felt great afterwards. Very fast procedure with no or minimal pain. UNTIL I had to change insurance at my job that didnt cover Dr.Patel. I went there out of pocket and recieved pain medication until one visit I was told that unless I pay $1800 or more for injections per procedure i was no longer welcome as a patient. 9 YEARS I was golden as long as the money flowed in.

Hundreds of dollars two months several procedures never saw the same doctor twice no improvement more pain. Asked questions between procedures is the worsening pain within norms should we continue and in response lots of shrugged shoulders and dumb I dont know looks. Well if this doesnt work well try something else. Chaching Medicare fraud anyone?

Excellent. On time. Quickly done. Pain is greatly diminished.
