The Drs., nurses, and staff are wonderful. Dr. Fillion, and her assistant Kit are the best team you could ask for. They go above and beyond taking care of me. You can tell they actually care about your health. I also see Dr. Shaffer, he also takes his time to talk to you, and find out how you're doing. I couldn't ask for a better team of individuals to take care of me.

One star for the dentists. They are really bad. I'm not sure if it's that they were at the bottom of their class or if FL dental insurance is the issue. Don't bother with the dentists at any BHA Facility. I've been to all of the BHA dental clinics in hopes of finding a dentist who actually has a decent work ethic, but I've been disappointed every time. Dental assistants are just as bad. Lacksadaisy attitude, always seem rushed but no patients, not up-to-date on referral places... a mess. Beware.

I’ve been to the Sarno location twice and have had great experiences. Every employee has been nice and helpful. My 1 year old loves her doctor Brittany Schnelle! She’s the best! She is always so friendly and thorough, and makes it a point to explain everything. She also takes the time to make my little one feel comfortable the whole time. Thank you to all of the Brevard Health Alliance Sarno location staff!!

Everyone from the front desk all the way back to the doctor was so sweet and very helpful. It's so amazing that they have a place like this if you don't have any income or little income you can be put on a sliding scale I only paid $10 to get a physical and $20 to see the dentist you will never ever see those prices anywhere the doctors are very kind and listen to what you have to say they're very thorough. I ❤ Brevard Health Alliance.
