Not focused, not prepared, hurried through appointments, limited surigical skill displayed, unable to deal with a complication, unprepared. No real plan. Had to go to another surgeon for repair surgery. Self important! Would Not recommend . My Opinion!

VERY RUSHED! He could not have cared less what my issue was. I arrived 15 minutes early for extreme neck and shoulder pain. I was rushed through a couple of x-rays with the comment, "He's ready for you." Put in a freezing room for 30 minutes before he waltzed in. Pain was increasing because of the cold. He did not care about the injury. Not his area. Told me he'd give me a steroid and if it wasn't better after two weeks he would refer me to pain management. hoorah.

I had my left shoulder replaced and 4months later, on June 1, I’m getting the other one replaced. Dr Stephens is truly blessed with a gift. I’m so happy with my progress and all he did for me.

I had a rotator cuff tear and Dr Stephens did an outstanding job with the repair. He takes the time to explain the details and answers questions. Highly recommend his services.

Dr. Stephens repaired my torn rotator cuff a year and half ago. The surgery and recovery went just as he said it would. At this point I can't even tell it was done (rare). Prior to the surgery and after, Dr. Stevens thoroughly reviewed and explained the imaging that had been done. He explained what and where the issue was and what he would do to fix it. Dr. Stevens was never in a hurry and didn't end the visits until he was sure all of our questions were answered. In short, he's a fabulous doctor and I will return to him if I ever need this type of surgery again.
