I called at exactly 8am and was put on hold for a long time. When I did finally get someone she talked to me for a minute and hung up on me. Now Ive called 4times just to be put on hold for long times. No one came to the phone. I finally got on the call back list which I dont like to do because I either dont get a call back for hours or not at all. You need a better system.

Had an ear infection and they saw me same day with very little wait time. Very pleased with service and staff.

This is place is jewel in the Brevard county area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great friendly service. Everyone is very careful and helpful. The doctor was great trying to diagnose my symptoms.

One of the most unprofessional experiences Ive ever had. Front desk girl was rude didnt want to help and the nurses seemed like they didnt know what to do. I was there for over 3 hours it wasnt busy its because they forgot i was in a room i had to keep reminding them and tell them how to clean my wound. Then after that they didnt want to give me a work note for missing work. How did they get their job? I was seen 3620 at 8 a.m. never again will i go here. Or recommend to anyone for their own safety.

You can never get anyone on the phone. I called and was on hold for over an hour before I had things to do so and hung up. That has happened to me most times I try to call here. Horrible horrible customer service. And Dr. Mike doesnt remember anything about your previous visits for some reason. Ordered me to get a bunch of blood work. Then didnt tell me my results. I ask for them to send me records they said they cant. Arent they my test that I pay money out of pocket for and one was almost $200. And I still cant get anyone on the phone when I call here???

Horrible service Waited for an hour in the room came out to ask how much longer because I needed to go to work in an hour and the assistant was extremely rude She rudely told me either I can leave and reschedule so I left. Don’t ever go horrible service and never washed her hands

I only come to this location because its the closest for my Behavioral Health needs. But I will NEVER see their physicians. I wont even allow my elderly mother unless its an emergency. Need an example of the stupidity there? My mother disabled with no car of her own made an appointment to get a letter to excuse her from jury duty. She specified her needs while making the call for the appointment very clearly and was still given an appointment with a PA. Regardless that she knew a PA wouldnt be able to do anything she still went because they only give you a certain amount of time for an excuse to be sent in. Arrived ontime for the appointment and was told only ONCE INSIDE WITH THE PA that she needed to see the actual MD for a letter and that he wouldnt be available for another week. Which basically meant she wasted an hour and a half bus ride just to reach her appointment walking to the bus stop using a walker AND having to wait almost another hour for the next bus UNDER THE SUN with nowhere to sit except on that very walker. Have you ever had to sit on a walker while suffering for arthritis bulging spinal disks and sciatica? THIS BHA office are full of incompetent staff and uncaring not to mention bullying physicians. DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Terrible. Waited hours. Was forgotten about twice and walked away with no help. Way too much time wasted

I was really hoping that Id have a better experience than the other reviews but I went a few times and didnt really feel like the doctor cared much. He was supposed to give me a prescription and a PT referral. He ended up giving me a referral for the wrong thing so they couldnt treat me until they had the right referral. The pharmacy also never got the prescription. I called 23 times a week for nearly two months before giving up. They kept saying that they would get it taken care of but they never sent the right referral and I never got my prescription. I ended up going to an urgent care and getting a referral there because they had hours I could go to... I work from 7001800 every day of the week.
