My PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR asked why I was there and said she can’t help me. Find a doctor who realizes what their title actually means and CARES about their patients. It ain’t hereUpdate. I took another chance and am glad I did. BHA has helped me over the past year or two and I have an awesome PCP. Jennifer Colasacco ARNP cares listensand follows through with what plan she thinks will best help me. Wide range of knowledge in general and specialties. Greatful I stayed with BHA.

I wanted to take time out to write a review about Dr. Binh Vu. He’s all 3 of my kids doctor Chuco Prince and Karianna. He’s an exceptional Doctor He’s always playing with my kids and explains everything to them on their level so that they can understand. My kids are comfortable being around him they even talk about him at home and they love to come see him Whenever one of my kids have an appointment and I have to bring all 3 of them with me he still asks questions and shows concern about the others. I highly recommend him My friend from CT who also moved out her has a young baby and I recommended her to him There isn’t anything bad I can say about Dr. Vu. Thank you Dr. Vu You’re amazing PS They love when Dr. Vu gives them lollipops lol

By far the worst place .. Ive been calling for 2 days I cant get a hold of anyone also they do not call you back.

I cannot get the medical records sent to my sons new doctor or school. Every time I call I wait over an hour sometimes 2 hours before getting through to someone. Not to mention when i do get through Im told something different every time. I cannot get my son a school phyical without these records and its now the second week of school Yesterday I was told records were sent to school nope school didnt recieve them. And today they have recieved the request when the doctor and school has sent it twice. I cant imagine how many others are going through this right now. These poor kids

Called then brought kids in they put all of the kids in one area these are children between new born and 13 .we explained about our covud exposure and having symptoms. Its 509 now and we came at 216 and still havent been seen . This is unacceptable how they dont even care about the kids.

In office visits are great but trying to talk to anyone on the phone about making appointments or trying to question test results is horrible As I type this I’m still on hold just to talk to someone and it’s already been 47 minutes of waiting Unbelievable

We were in need of covid testing after many issues with other businesses see my other reviews. They told us to come back after 2 for rapid test. They were professional and safe. Much better service than urgent care centers offering testing. Many appointment only places were booked for days.Also when we moved to the area years ago we could not find a doctor who treated adhd to provide the much needed medicine my son requires. The doctors and staff here were a lifesaver We eventually found his current pediatrician but were running into so many roadblocks until we found BHA. Their facility is clean and everyone we interacted with was professional.

I have been on hold for over an hour No one answers the phone and I did the call back option last Thursday and Friday and haven’t gotten a call back. My daughter is sick and needs an appointment. Actively looking for a new office because of your phone system but no one is accepting new patients because of Covid.

We moved to TX back in May of 2020. Since April of 2021 I have been attempting to get my sons shot records because he started school on August 18th 2021. I called his new doctor sent over a request and the people in the Titusville office said they would get it done. I come back in a week before school starts to get his shots and they still NEVER received his record from BHA. I called was told they are handled by the medical record department and given their number. I called this new lead and get an automated response. No option to talk to a live person. But what does their electronic response tell me while I’m holding for options? THEY DON’T COVER SHOT RECORDS. Those are handled by the PCP. So I get my son a couple shots that they can give him. They can’t do much more because they don’t know what all he’s had. His doctor said they would hound the office and try to get a response because at this point this is negligent on their part and not complying with the request was hindering my son. So I sent over ANOTHER request on Friday August 13th. Called his doctor on Tuesday and they still haven’t gotten a response. Or had their phone calls answered. So at this point how can I sue this company? I’m beyond frustrated tired and don’t even want to try to get my daughters records from them at this point. It’s ridiculous.

Son has had dental work there. Worst dental department in Brevard. Continues to refer him elsewhere and refuses to do any work that they are capable of doing in house till he sees someone else most of which are in Orlando. Says he needs to see a pediatric surgeon and be sedated however he has all his adult teeth and requires a general dentistadult according to another dentist in the area who looked him over for us yet regrettably doesnt accept his insurance. He also advised that my son does not need full sedation as he has had a full removal without sedation and was perfectly fine. Son has been dealing with dental issues for almost a year now and they are not doing anything to help him.
