First off I love Dr. V and his assistant. Whoever hired the boy who is the receptionist for valasco should have made sure he had better experience with a busy office and better people skills , because if he is the representing that portion of the office GOOD LUCK. I would never recommend no one to deal with his little unprofessional A$$.

My primary for years. Great bedside manner & addresses all your concerns. Confident with him and his staff that I’ll be taken care of. Nurse Kim is the sweetest❤️ Love all the girls in the front! 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼

I love the Nurse Practitioner, Monica Wise and although I have never personally treated with Dr. Valasco he seems nice when he assists Monica Wise with my treatment. I’ve never had any issue until I called recently and was transferred to Monica Wise’s office and a female answered the phone who stated she works for Both Monica Wise and Dr.Valsco. I must say I was completely thrown aback as I have never experienced a rude staff member there. That has changed now as the female who answered my phone call was so incredibly rude that it was shocking. She basically acted as if she is in charge - of even the Doctors and then proceeded to hang up on me. I won’t call back or return even though Monica Wise is the best. She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional that it was surreal. I’m surprised they would allow such employees to work there.

He is very thorough in all he does. Does not rush you in and out. Takes time to address your questions and concerns. Pleasant bedside manor. Highly recomnend Dr. Velasco.

I have been a patient of Dr. Velasco's for a few years now. I have always liked him and Michael, his RN. But lately, when I need him the most is has been unresponsive. He hasn't been returning phone calls, even scheduled ones. What is going on in this office?

Have been going to Dr Velasco or should I say Quality medical for 20 + years. Our 1st Dr was Dr Salluck who was personal & we were treated by him. Since Dr Velasco took over we had 2 Great physician Asst. BUT in the 20 + years I have never met the good Dr !!! Now my wife has had severe neck problems for over 3 weeks now. Have been in 2 times. Severe pain as I guess today we are going to the emergency room since the good Dr will not prescribe any pain or medicine or take a personal look!!! What to do.... 3 weeks now she has had to sleep in the recliner.... ABSOLUTELY DR VELASCO OFFERS NO HELP! Since they have been the only Dr. what can we do???? Who else is recommended??? Is this the only way to reach the "good doctor". John Foster
