List of Christina Jackson's Reviews
Dr. Jackson is amazing! If you want someone who is going to be honest, care about your health and wellness for you and your baby this is your doctor! She is real with you about “if you do this, this will happen” she is wholistic, and helped me with my diet and exercise to ensure that me and my baby were healthy and I completely avoided being diabetic and helped me lower my blood pressure to avoid hypertension while pregnant because I took her word and changed my diet for the safety of my baby since I was high risk. She was proactive while other doctors wanted to just be reactive after labor and give me a blood transfusion since my iron was extremely low. She helped save my life and the life of my little one! Because she helped rush me getting iron infusions while pregnant I didn’t even need a transfusion after giving birth and now I’m not anemic postpartum. Beat doctor ever! I recommend her and I can’t say enough, she listens and gives the best advice for your baby and situation.
My first experience with Dr. Jackson wasn't a great one. I did not like the way she delivered her information about my health and pregnancy. She didn't come off warm and concerned but more like you're at risk for this and that so you need to do this and that. It's funny how you they want you to meet all of their Drs but they don't remain on the same page for your care for your pregnancy, basically from everything Dr Tobia told me at my visit before her, she said and did the total opposite.
I have been trying to make a new patient appointment at this office for the past two weeks with no luck. I have let a half dozen voicemail messages with no response! I even tried to schedule an appointment online, but you can’t if you are new. Extremely diss appointed by the lack of customer service
I met Dr. Jackson on one of the worst days of my life. I had gone to the ER for abdominal pain with my first pregnancy. The ER doctors suspected an ectopic pregnancy and I was transferred to a room to be seen by Dr. Jackson. On a horrible day, Dr. Jackson gave us hope. She gave us the option to closely monitor lab work. Unfortunately, ultimately it was determined I had an ectopic pregnancy but Dr. Jackson gave us every option along the way and went into great detail the pros and cons of each so we could make the best informed decision. Now almost a year later, I am pregnant again and Dr. Jackson was genuinely happy for us! She jumped up and down when she came in the room. She even moved my appointment up when she saw me on the schedule a few weeks out. We thank God for bringing her into our lives during one of our most difficult days.
I said before the year was over I would make a review of not just this physician but the OBGYN office health first the Gateway location. I would’ve rated the office a level 3 from the beginning of my pregnancy but by the time I left if I could leave a - 5 rating I would. I’m posting this from an anonymous email because this is my real life experience. I will discuss the providers that I saw. Natalia Camancho- She was extremely short and dismissive… not a provider you’d want to see as a first time Mom Tassica Williams Souffrant- lacked bedside manner especially when dealing with sensitive topics such as SA Christina Jackson- just read. I was soooo sad and disappointed because she came HIGHLY recommended- even before I was ever pregnant Basically I transferred OB offices with only 10-12 weeks left in my pregnancy because I could not take the visits with the MD(Camancho and Jackson) I felt as though they didn’t listen to my concerns and treat them as genuine. I was SA’d during my pregnancy. I immediately made an appointment for a problem visit the following Monday. The clinician Williams Souffrant did not even greet me. She literally opened the door and asked “ what happened”. During this visit I felt like I was in an interrogation like I had done something wrong or it seemed like she was trying to find holes in my story. I’m not upset at what she was asking I understand that it’s important to know all the pertinent facts/details as to give proper medical care but bedside manners were nonexistent. Which surprised me because again this was delicate a pregnant woman was taken advantage of… there was no empathy. Later during a different visit I was seen by Dr. Christina Jackson and that was my last visit at that office. She did have awesome bedside manner. She spoke to me condescendingly masked as kinship (we are both melanated). She also asked the details of the SA, mind you- I didn’t want to think about it… I had enough to think about moving forward let alone rehashing this at every visit. I KNOW I was visibly uncomfortable. She proceeded to tell me that- if what had happened to me had happened to her that she would have her brothers or some male relatives do such and such because she’s from either Detroit or Chicago, I don’t remember which one(some major city up north they don’t play.. blah blah blah …like I’m some sort of joke and how I need to get a “Rose”- which is an adult toy… at this point in the conversation I felt like she was mocking me… The whole conversation felt like she was trying to approach me like we were familiar and we weren’t especially regarding this topic. It felt in inappropriate. I didn’t appreciate it at all. Before I could leave the parking lot that day I called Hibiscus women’s center and made an appointment and at that office I received far better treatment/care- treatment I should’ve received from the start. I’ll probably do a review of their office before the end of the year.
Delivered my 2nd daughter in 2018. Was aware of my complications with my first delivery and made sure we were 100 percent safe for the arrival of the baby. Compassionate and thorough. Having another baby this year and I'm of course going to have Dr Jackson deliver this baby.
Finally was able to find an MD that genuinely cares about you and your baby’s health. She is amazing! She takes the time to listen and does not rush into the appointment like other doctors. She makes you feel like family. Definitely this is the kind of person that you want to be delivering your baby!
I loved Christina Jackson! She delivered my son on July 1st and she was so patient and understanding with me. She cared about my health and my sons health and I felt like she was not only a doctor but also a friend. She has been one of the best doctors I’ve ever had.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
