If you have to go to a dentist I dont recommend this place they make you feel like your incompetent They're not professional but my procedure went some what well. they left a piece of tooth in my mouth had to go to another dentist to have it removed ...But there billing has major issues, Be aware it might cost you out of pocket with insurance even when it's not suppose to be.... they try to over charge your insurance for procedures that does not take place,

Yulia, the hygienist was fantastic. My teeth have never felt or looked so clean and white.

Too painful. She had to numb me twice. Renee never had to use numbing medicine.

First off front desk receptionist and the person who did my X-rays (although took way longer than I ever experienced in the past) were super nice and fantastic! Although I got charged for some type of X-ray that isn’t covered by my insurance. Then they put you in the dentist chair with a giant tv screen in front of you. The hygienists came in to get started checking my X-rays and asking me questions and was getting ready to take a look then another hygienist came in started arguing over whose patient I was. Both left while I sat for a very long time waiting and listening to them argue. I was at the point where I was going to walk out but then the other hygienist came in and started all over again having to check my X-rays and asking me all the same questions the other one did. They checked my gums and X-rays. Then the video call with the dentist was weird and awkward on the giant tv screen in front of me. After the dentist I proceeded to wait for quite some time and was about to walk out, but the X-ray tech stopped me and had me look over the cost for a deep clean and even with my insurance it was outrageous! After all of that they won’t have time to clean your teeth because they are going to tell you that you need a deeper cleaning and they won’t have time today and you’ve just wasted your entire afternoon.

Best dentist office ever!!! The staff is literally so amazing and thorough. Diane is so sweet and honest. Another thing is the office is so clean and the equipment is so futuristic lol. I really enjoy getting my teeth cleaned at this location!!! You won’t regret making an appointment I have been going to them for years and I will be back

Took my Grandson there for a cleaning. They told me he needed a deep cleaning as he had gingivitis. This kid has never had any problems with his teeth. They wanted $300 total which included a toothbrush. I refused and asked for a cleaning. They refused to do one unless l agreed to their terms. They charged me for having a tech tell me he had gingivitis. I paid a minimum bill and left. Now, they keep billing me for services not received. ...it is a scam with horrible business practices. I would not give this place any stars. They automatically gave themselves 5 stars.

Patients BEWARE! This place is horrible! Forget it if you want to get ahold of the office if you want them to address any issues that you have a well! They do not answer the phone, or you get directed to their call center which is located in another country. I am currently being billed for a service that we never received, and I can't get ahold of anyone in the office to resolve it. Plus, we ended up going to another dentist and ate now needing 2 crowns because of unaddressed cavities that they had 2 years to take care of but never did!
