I had been to a couple other dermos for dark spots on my feet. I felt as though they were just blowing me off. They actually told me it was probably tar. When I told them that I wasn't near the stuff they didn't care. Said it would wear off in a week and to clean twice a day. It didn't work. I got an appointment with Dr. Calo and she immediately identified the problem. I had to get blood work done to confirm it. I was shocked that it was syfilis but she said that they have had a couple of other cases in that office. What a relief to be treated right and for a very serious problem if it wasn't caught early! She's a detective of medicine. Very nice too. Takes her time.

I had an appointment today and was impressed with all aspects of my first visit. Friendly front office, organized check-in procedure, cleanliness, professional staff, and the caring approach and attentiveness of Dr. Calo is a patient's dream experience. I am so glad that Dr. Calo is my dermatologist! I highly recommend her.

Dr. Calo is very thorough. She is caring and knowledgeable. She treats you with respect and compassion. I have gone to many other Dermatologists and have never found one to display the level of concern she has. She diagnosed a skin cancer that was mis treated by another Dr for over 2 years. I am forever grateful.

This dermo office was GREAT!! The staff there was very professional and compassionate about what my needs were. Dr. Calo was probably the most sincere doctor I have ever gone to and I will never stop being one of her patients. I recommend Blue Skies Dermatology to anyone who asks, especially women. A male doctor just doesn't understand what a woman is going through when we are getting older...but Dr. Calo DOES!!!! She treats you the same way she would want to be treated. She's great and her staff are all family, so when I go there I feel as though I am part of their family as well!!

She purposely & repeatedly OVER billed my insurer for procedures she did NOT perform, inflating the costs to the company and myself. We called my insurer regarding this and reported her.
