My mother's appt after waiting 3 months was at 1030am and the office waited until she was arriving for the appt to tell her they can't see her because of her previous doc never saw the actual doc he may be great but why wait until the actual appt to tell us we can't be seen how inconvenient as we waited months and drove 1/2 hr to this place to be seen how unprofessional!!

I do not recommend Dr. Daniel Lai or the Stewart medical practice in one year I have only seen him one time and have been canceled three times and I've been put back 4 months three times I have I have been on the cancellation list the entire time and I've never gone to single call for cancellation after calling bi-weekly. because of the recent hurricane coming they had to close my appointment I waited 3 months for and I'm pushed all the way back to Februarary almost into march. in ONE year I've spoken to Daniel lia for 10 minutes. the staff didn't even try and book me an appointment and told me I would have to call to schedule an appointment after they abruptly canceled my doctor's appointment I waited 3 months for. I dont understand how they can reschedule me so often and not even attempt to contact me for a cancellation. I have seen so many doctors and the Stuart Medical Facility is the most unreliable one out of all the providers. in terms of Dr Daniel Lai he seems to be a bit short with people like 10 min appointment for 8 months of waiting like really... However he's is very knowledgeable and when you do get to see him he tries to get results. If you want to wait forever to see a Neurologist Stuart Medical Facility is the place to go. 3 times I've had my appointment canceled Im getting a new doctor.

First time visit. He is a very nice guy and also punctual. If you want a doctor that will not sugar coat or water down the issue at hand.. he's the one you need to see! I've seen some negative reviews about his bed side manner.. he's professional and straightforward. I respect that.
