Dr. Segina and staff are amazing. He fixed my tibial plateau fracture , after my original DR. Couldn’t preform the surgery , Dr. segina got me in on a days notice and did the surgery the next day . Couldn’t be more pleased .

I was in a very serious accident that resulted in a 6.5 hour surgery and me being in a wheelchair. Dr. Segina and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. They’re very professional, kind, knowledgeable and are genuinely there to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have. I am very thankful to have him as my surgeon. Additionally, Kimberly Vonderlieth is always so supportive and helpful making me feel comfortable and really understanding my next steps. All around Dr Segina really surrounds himself with an incredible team. He’s extremely talented in his field as well. Thanks to him I will be able to walk again!! Highly recommend!! I am so thankful I had him and his staff by my side through the most tragic incident in my life.

Dr Segina did my ankle surgery, he did an amazing job, 1 day after surgery no pain at all never even had to take Tylenol, never lost any range of motion, walking 6 weeks after surgery, so grateful to him and his team, don’t go to anyone else

I had a Hip Fracture that was not healing. Dr. Segina’s approach was to replace implants and stimulate the body's ability to heal with T-Cell application. His approach was successful, and I am now able to walk again without the need for a full Hip replacement. Dr. Segina and his Staff are outstanding.

Dr. Segina SHOULD be your choice for any traumatic bone crushing injury. I was air-lifted unconscious from a head-on collision & I found out later that amputating my leg below the knee (as the ankle was shattered into approx. 20+ shards) was a consideration. I needed a fasciotomy on my lower leg, plus had a broken tibia (bone came out through skin right above my shattered ankle joint) & a broken fibula in 2 places. Dr. Segina decided he could save my awkwardly positioned/flopped foot & lower leg (leg was white/colorless & basically dead from lack of blood flow). After numerous surgeries over 3.5 years (which included 3 plates, 21 screws & a bone graft) I followed all his orders, did all PT appts & trusted his advise. Today there is nothing I cannot do & to see me, you would have no idea whatsoever that anything was ever wrong with me thanks to this amazing man! Dr. Segina is so very talented & caring with a great bedside manner. TRUST THIS BRILLIANT SURGEON. He will not disappoint! A+

My husband fractured his knee, got referred to this doctor and they denied him. Told him the xrays were false and that nothing was wrong with him. So we went to Omni and they confirmed he did more than fracture his knee. This doctor obviously doesn’t care and will reject for no reason. It took them almost a week just to tell them they’re not taking him, so my husband was in pain for a week waiting for answers. They’re a waste of time. If you’re in urgent need, don’t go to them.

Dr Segina did an excellent job on my 22 year old daughter’s 2 broken arms and wrists after her motor cycle accident. He took extra care to keep her tattoos in tact as much as possible because he knew how important they were to her (most would not even consider that after such a tragic event) Now in rehab she says she is so grateful for his work!
