The best doctor I've ever had. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing and why. He is always available. He is the epitome of what a doctor should be.

After Chrissy hanging up on me, and the office manager swearing at me on the phone, I’ve realized this concierge office does not meet the standards of signature MD. For $1650.00 annual fee , you face rude office help and the office manager is rude as well. I’ve moved on to another primary doctor, that is much more friendly. I feel that this office takes the additional money with nothing to offer. Dr. Berke now is in the office morning hours only. Too bad for the patients that work. When you try to get an afternoon appt., you’re told he is in the mornings only. This office doesn’t follow the guidelines of Signature MD. But they’ll surely take your money. I give this office a one star rating and the office needs @ major overhaul! TOTALLY DISGUSTED!

Absolutely AWFUL office staff. Rude and Nasty beware they told me they pick and choose which new patients they take based on how much your health insurance pays. I even called back and tried to speak with Rochelle “office Manager” about how rude her employee was and she hung up on me. Never even got to see Dr. Berk but maybe he should have a chat with who is working the office. Look up the other doctors in Medical Associates of Brevard same complaints about the office staff

It has been a pleasure being Dr. Berk's patient, and I am so glad that a family member recommended him to me. He seems to truly care about his patients and takes the time to properly educate his patients on what exactly the problem is, instead of trying to rush them out of the door as soon as possible. I can't foresee me changing doctors any time soon, he exceeds all expectations.

Dr. Berk is a dedicated physician with a very broad knowledge base. He has helped us through some very difficult health issues, connected us with good specialists and been very attentive to follow-up. His staff is responsive and caring. He's an old-fashioned family doctor that offers his patients the best that current medical practices have to offer. We are very pleased.

I came to Dr's Berk's office broken and piece by piece he has helped me put my health back together. I have never met a Dr who truly cares for you and wants to get to the bottom of why you're not feeling right. He invest his time and heart into taking care of you and making you feel that you're not just another number coming through his office. I love that I can text him anytime and get a response almost immediately. Also, his office staff are very friendly and knowledgable and always greet you with a smile. I have recommended about 5 ppl so far and will continue to recommend anyone in the future. If your looking for a Dr who cares Dr Berk is your Dr.

Excellent physician and practice. Focused on my personal goals and considerate for my treatment preferences, while always taking time to explain options and provide rationale. Never rushed, appointments available quickly when needed. Can't recommend highly enough, patient for life.
