My experience was bad in this office staff is rude and non-caring about you. I missed two appointments without notice they threw me out of their practice. My first appointment was a bad one it was 30 to 40 minutes into my appointment meanwhile back at the ranch doctor go was entertaining people in her office. As far as I'm concerned this office is overbooked and still taking new patients. There are many good cardiologists in Melbourne and I have since moved on. It's a sad day when your doctor doesn't care about you or your well-being because of money. Shame on this medical community.

I found Dr Popat to be extremely professional in the beginning. As I only saw her once, I can only go on to explain why she has 1 star. After I saw her my mother passed away. However I was able to attend other medical appointments. Dr Popat’s office scheduled one follow up at that visit after putting me on a medication. (No stress test, no measuring of the particle size in my blood, no MRI of my main veins in my neck that was a regular test my PCP did in the past as he found my veins to be congested.) I had to cancel the ONE follow up appointment due to a chronic migraine which lasted a month. I had no further phone calls from them nor did they contact my medical advocate. They just recently dropped me saying I missed several appointments. My phone log only says the automated reminder call called that one time to remind me of my one follow up appointment. (One appointment when I was suffering with deep mourning and an unusually long migraine. If a doctor can’t be compassionate, they shouldn’t be doctors.) And I did not do no-shows for those several mythical appointments/nor did I cancel them. And they don’t say when these appointments were scheduled. Why? Because they never existed! I never talked to anyone again after the initial visit! They made a mistake and can’t admit it.I have had a heart condition since I was a child and I would not cancel several appointments regarding such a serious matter. If you want a competent doctor that cares, find someone else.

Will never go back there. I had a heart attack July 28 I waited 4 weeks to desperately get in to see her, finally the day is here Thursday September 1st I walk in and they tell me she isn't there that my appt was cancel! The older women Ursula (perfect name for her) said she try calling me on the Monday but that it wouldn't let her leave a voicemail!?!? I have never ever had anyone tell me that, total Bullshit! because I didn't get any calls! I asked her why didn't they try calling me again or at least an email! she truly got up as if I was a bother to her and ask another women to come deal with me!! are you kidding me!! RUDE!! of course I was upset I waited 4 weeks to see this Dr they couldn't made an effort to call me at least the day before since they had seen that I was still on the schedule! The other lady also rude said well Ms this is a busy practice we don't have time to keep calling! unbelievable! meanwhile I was the only one there! and had the nerve to give me an appt for 4 weeks later!!! Thanks by no thanks!

I was so surprised when I met Dr.Go she talked very clearly I understood her. She was so understanding and so easy to talk with about my health I'm so glad to have been sent to her.

The office staff is very nice and efficient. I usually only wait 5-10 minutes after I arrive. Dr. Go is very good and explains things very well. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love Dr. Go. Saw her when I was admitted and followed up outpatient. She has a lovely office, a prompt and friendly staff, and she takes time to properly diagnose, explain conditions, and answer any questions. 10/10 care. Thank you Dr. Go & Staff!

This was my 1st visit to see Dr. Go for a Cadiology visit per my Primary after an irregular EKG. It took almost 2 months to get in. The staff was friendly and so was the Dr. I have to return in 3 months for an Echo. I wish I didn't have to wait so long.

Good experience. Very informative only issue was technical. Sound kept breaking up. Otherwise very good
