Dr. Helft practices with love for his profession and it shows. There are wait times but my daughter has been a patient for about 8 years. In that time period he has gotten me in to see someone the same day I call- every time. If you want a pediatrician for your child and not a huge corporate assembly line of strangers then this is your place. Take your time and look at this man for the care of your child. I did.

If you ever get to him he’s fine. The front desk was rude and condescending (and I’m a physician). Who greets your patients (or potential patients) on the phone is too important to leave to just anyone. We will not return.

We have been taking our son to Dr. Helft since his birth in 2016. His friendly personality and whimsical office theme make visits less stressful for the kids. I have found Dr. Helft to be practical, scientific, and straighforward in his approach to care. He is friendly, knowledgable, informative, and has great bedside manner. I never feel that we are rushed, our questions are always answered completely and satisfactorily, and his office staff and nurses are and have always been friendly. We have never waited long to be seen either. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Helft to anybody.

Dr. Helft has been a blessing to our family. He truly cares about all of my children, and takes the time to get to know each one individually. I appreciate the time and attention he gives to my children, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
