I can not say enough about this great place they hear what you’re saying and work with you find out what is wrong and what the options are. These Drs. And their staff Have gone above and beyond for me and have me at a comfortable place in my condition. They have sent me for all the right tests and have just been wonderful working with them, I will continue with them as long as I need too. They are truly the best. Kim Ramos

I had an appointment recently with with Stephanie Newberry-Angel ARNP, FNP-C to discuss my Neurophathy issues. I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire staff. Stephanie, unlike many Medical Professionals I have seen, was very friendly and knowledgeable about my condition. More importantly, she took the time to let me speak and ask questions, which she easily answered in easy to understand terms. The office staff was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I left feeling better and more informed about my future dealing with my condition. They are all on my Christmas list !!!!!!!

Office staff is bad. They never return my phone calls.

The doctor is really great! Down to earth very relatable. HIS FRONT DESK STAFF and THE PERSON WHO DOES THE BILLING are extremely RUDE! They have the worst customer service EVER. I wouldn't take my DOG to this office because of them. If he gets a better front desk staff and billing person he would be great. I read reviews about his front desk staff being extremely rude and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them! I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE. It's not fair to the Dr. however at this point he really needs to do something about his staff!!!!! DR. Packey if you read this, you are better than that! This was in reference to an appointment for Mr. Cadet. Dr. Packey, your support staff is HORRIBLE!!!!! Do something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome place! The staff as always was very helpful and generous! No staff members here are rude... I been coming to this office for 6 years now and they are really good and never a had a problem!!!

First his Nurse practitioner accused me of lying about my symptoms. Then put me on a medicine, to which I ended up calling 911 because I felt so bad. Then the nerve conduction test was the most painful experience ever. I sat in my car in tears after. I’ve recently had another nerve conduction test, didn’t feel a thing. Not to mention when I pulled my records, the manner in which this Nurse Practitioner falsely reported things that were completely not true. Do not recommend!

Dr. Packet takes good care of my wife.

I just called Dr. Packeys office to make an appointment because my current neurologist will be out of the office for the next few months and he recommended Dr. Packey. I don’t need to be seen for another 3 months but I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed for the new neurologist and also that they accepted my insurance. I called and spoke to a fabulous woman named Kaz. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the requirements needed to be seen and treated at this office. If this is any indication of the level of service this office provides….I’m in great hands! Thanks Kaz for your helpful guidance! 02.23.22 Totally impressed with Dr. Packey and his staff. Today was my first visit and am grateful for this office. Questions were asked and follow up care scheduled. Thank you Dr. Packey and staff!

I agree with many of the reviewers that the office staff is rude. In my two interactions with the staff they have been curt in their response to my questions, inpatient if I ask them to repeat themselves. The one girl who sits at the desk before you turn to schedule your next appointment with Dr. Packey is by far, one of the rudest persons I have ever meet.
