Sill have Sinus pain almost 2 years after "Sinuplasty" Surgery. Followed ALL the instructions after Surger.y

I really don't like going to see doctors as you never know if they are any good or if they even care ! , as my past experiences has showed this. I did have another ENT that really wasn't pro active I have had this problem for over 6 months in fact that's the reason I looked up on the internet for another because of the dilly dallying ! I asked my doctor to get a referral to here. My first impressions when walking through the door and talking to the receptionist , building very clean and the lady very polite .Didn't wait long and into a room where another lady took my Bp and temperature , very nice and polite !. Doctor came in very polite and thorough with his exam and questions about my problem and explained to me everything about my CT scan , not like past experiences , oh there will be someone calling you for a CT scan a test go get one and then make a appointment and will take a look , bye! wow! Dr Lindstrom from the start didn't give me the impression of a Dr who don't care or want to help ! I am now taking some antibiotics hopefully it will clear up but have no doubt in mind if it doesn't then he will figure it out. Best choice ever changing over ! thanks Dr Lindstrom and your staff

Office staff is horrible! Rude and uncaring people. I made several appointments but had to cancel due to the death of my father and Covid. I was stuck up north in New York. Called well in advance to make a new appointment. When I finally got back down to Florida and I could get to him they refused to make an appointment said I rescheduled too many times and they wouldn’t see me. Amy the office manager is a horror I highly recommend you see somebody else.

This doctor has the worst office staff I have ever dealt with in my life. They are rude and need to be school on how to work with insurances.

I was recently seen by Dr. Lindstrom for a mass in my throat for which a Biopsy was needed to be done. I found him to be very professional, caring and patient. On Wednesday August 9th, he did a Triple Endoscopy and the Biopsy at Melbourne Surgery Centre. He, along with the rest of the Medical Team did an awesome job and I'm very pleased with the results. His office also has a friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see an ENT. Thank you and your staff Dr. Lindstrom and keep up the good work.

Dr. Lindstorm is just awesome. He saw that my nasal polyps were back after surgery with another surgeon over 10 years ago. Knowing that I wasn't too happy with doing another surgery he provided alternate solutions to minimize nasal polyps and attack allergies. I wish more doctors took the time to care like he does. Unfortunately he is not in my insurance as a network doctor so I'm working insurance and my pcp, but if he is in your network....you are in good hands!

I normally don’t leave reviews regarding anything medical, but I feel that it is very necessary to commend the amazing care that I have received at Dr. Lindstrom’s office. The front desk staff, nurse staff, and Dr. Lindstrom himself have been nothing but kind, caring, and very helpful during my years of being a patient. Dr. Lindstrom has almost completely solved my ears issues and is always more than happy to answer any questions. As a patient, even though I do sometimes ask a LOT of questions, he has never treated me as cumbersome. I would highly recommend Dr. Lindstrom to anyone having any sort of ENT issues.

Staff has horrible manners and self control

I could give zero star if there is one. This place is horrible not because of the doctor but the lady who receives calls at the front desk. Please we are patients not your rivals. She is the most unprofessional person in healthcare system.
