Don't know what happened but this new management is horrible. Not as friendly as they use to be.

I've been coming to this location for years and with this new management the whole vibe is different. Definitely went down hill. Not the welcoming feeling it use to have. And the lady up front made me feel very uncomfortable 😕

I hate going to the dentist office, but I LOVE this dentist office, especially because of Dr. Lauren. She has a very calming demeanor and explains everything that she is doing in great detail to help ease your nerves which I greatly appreciate as someone with anxiety issues.

I had a cracked tooth issue an they were able to fit me into their schedule to get it taken care of right away!

Such a great place. The Dr. and the assistants have been so kind and gentle. I have a terrible fear because of dentist abuse when I was a child. Dr. Lauren was so gentle with me I'm totally relaxed. So far I've had 2 extractions and 3 teeth prepped and crowned. Because of my childhood trauma I neglected my teeth. I'm waiting for my partials now and can't wait to see my new smile.

After over a decade of using a single set, I was excited to finally invest in a new, more realistic smile. Unfortunately, the entire process has left me feeling helpless and dissatisfied. From the start, I was assured that the team would work closely with me to create a set of dentures that I would be proud to wear. After multiple visits that included molds and trials, I expected a personalized product that reflected my preferences. However, the reality was far from my expectations. During the lengthy process, I faced a setback when I contracted COVID-19 and was unable to return for over two weeks. Upon my return, I was shocked to find that the final set of dentures was presented to me without any prior agreement on their readiness. The bottom denture was acceptable, but the top set was a significant disappointment. They were much thicker than I had hoped, resembling "chicklets," and lacked the natural look I desired. What made the experience even more distressing was the dismissive attitude I encountered. As I was leaving the office, I overheard a staff member make a comment that suggested they did not care about my satisfaction. This added insult to injury and left me feeling humiliated. Currently, I am faced with the dilemma of either trying to fix the dentures I received or seeking out a new dentist altogether, which I fear will be an additional out-of-pocket expense. I worry that if I voice my concerns to my insurance, I may face repercussions, such as being billed for services that I am unsatisfied with. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I caution others considering Dental Partners Melbourne to think carefully. It seems that once they conclude their process, your satisfaction is no longer their priority. I hope my review serves as a warning to others who seek a compassionate and attentive dental experience. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed and will be looking for a new dentist who values patient satisfaction and truly listens to their needs.

This office is misrepresenting itself online. Their website advertises a $69 new patient special that includes X-rays and a cleaning, but when I called, I was told they don’t offer anything like that. Instead, they said the only option is $99 for an exam and X-rays only. I asked to speak with a manager to clarify the discrepancy. I was placed on hold for quite a while, and no one ever came back to the phone, so I eventually had to hang up. Very disappointing experience and misleading advertising.

Dr. Asadi is the best dentist I've ever been to. I just went for a cleaning and there was a different dentist. I hope he didn't leave.

I had a great visit at Dental Partner in Melbourne. Check-in was easy, the office was clean and welcoming, and the team was incredibly kind and professional. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The work was done carefully and the results were excellent. I’m really happy I found this office — highly recommended!
