Diran Chamoun's Online Review Report Card

I worked with Dr. Chamoun and his amazing staff on and off for a few years. I am just writing a review now because I recently had to switch clinics due to Viera Fertility not being in network with the IVF insurance my employer started offering in 2022. I switched to a larger IVF clinic and it is like night and day. It feels much less personalized, processes are more robotic, and I truly feel like a number and not a patient. I understand this might be the norm with larger practices but it is unfortunate, right? I never felt that way with Dr. Chamoun and his staff (Shelley is amazing by the way). He is the most compassionate, empathetic and caring physician I have ever met. He listens, asks you questions about the treatment or findings, gives you options and he really listens and respects your thoughts and feedback. If you are working with Dr. Chamoun, please consider yourself lucky and know that you are in good hands.

Dr. Chamoun and his staff are amazing. I was told by several Drs, including fertility specialists that my husband and I would never have a baby, even through IVF. I was Diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, and my husband diagnosed with low sperm count and low morphology--to the point he was "95% abnormal". We gave up hope, and now, after 12 yrs, we are pregnant with Twins thanks Dr. Chamoun. With Dr. Chamoun, after 3 cycles of IUI, we were pregnant, but miscarried, so we attempted 4 more times without success. After our 2nd embryo transfer through IVF, we are 17 weeks pregnant with twins. I can't thank him and his staff enough. He is very honest and will not mislead you. I trust him with my life.

Dr. Chamoun is the best! When I first met him he gave me three options along with his recommendations. He's thorough, honest and doesn't waste anyone's time or money. I would recommend him to anyone!

I don't always like to write reviews but i feel like i must write one for the amazing care that Dr. Chamoun and his staff provided to me, i was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago ; i have been to many OB/GYN i was still lost and confused about my diagnosis. Dr. Chamoun was very patient and attentive, he did an extraordinary job to explain my condition to me, i felt like i finally found the right provider to help me though this journey. Kathrine the nurse was amazing.At last i am more than happy to say that i will be able to have a baby.

My husband and I came to Dr. Chamoun to help us achieve our goal of having a child. Dr. Chamoun and his colleagues were just amazing and very helpful to me with whatever it came to during our process of getting pregnant. Very sweet and passionate group of people and wish I could of just stayed with them for my whole pregnancy. We are now 5 months along and our little girl is going strong. I can’t Thank all of you enough for everything you done for us during our time with you!

I have really bad pcos and was unable to have children.after finding this doctor and getting on some injections I was able to get pregnant and I had a healthy girl in 2008!!! To this day I am thankful he stood by my side !!!!

Dr. Chamoun and staff are absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted by a smiling face, all the way through your appointment and including check out. My husband and I first started with treatment here in February 2016 after trying on our own to conceive for eight plus years with one miscarriage. From the moment we became patients here, a sense of comfort came over us both with every person we came in contact with. I feel very comfortable with everyone in the office, as they’re very knowledgeable and love what they do. The pride they take in their jobs show how much they enjoy going to work everyday. Our insurance doesn’t cover fertility treatment, but the pricing is super affordable and I love that you pay as you go. It makes it easier to plan for, and you’re not blindsided by any payments. After our testing in 2016 began, we completed our first IUI cycle and got pregnant first try. We now have a two year daughter, Gabriela. We just recently went back and did the same exact treatment with IUI #2, awaiting results. I would recommend Dr. Chamoun and his staff to anyone having fertility issues. As most people dealing with fertility issues it was a long road for my my husband and me. It was an uncomfortable situation that Dr. Chamoun and his staff made more comfortable. After 8yrs we were able to get pregnant through IUI. We have great insurance, but not taken by this office . It was still affordable and worth every penny. I will never forget the kindness of every person in the office, at every visit.
