Edgardo Hernandez Pons's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient of Dr Hernandez Pons since 2016. He doesn’t rush visits, listens to your concerns , works well with your specialist and can send him a message through your portal and HE responds not his staff.

Dr. Hernandez Pons is an outstanding doctor! His record keeping is excellent, what allows him to quickly recall my health status and discuss it in a great detail during my appointments. He spends ample time with me to address my health concerns, explain test results in detail and recommend best treatment to keep me healthy. Also, he makes himself available on-line and is always answering my inquiries, to my complete satisfaction.

I have been going to Dr Hernandez pons for years. he is always attentive and does not rush you out. His office staff is the best. I met Dr Hernandez pons when he worked for a large healthcare corp. in the area. He was always in a rush. Not any more. He always makes time for you. You won't find a better Doctor anywhere in Melbourne.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Hernandez for many years. He is very good at diagnosis, reviews your blood tests with you and genuinely cares about you and your health. He is a very kind man. Easy to talk to.

Unprofessional and unwelcoming. The receptionist has always been kind and helpful. But the manager often interrupts other staff members and treats patients rudely. The staff forgot to send a very needed refill for over a month to one of my family members (still haven't done so to this day after saying they would). Doctor also yelled at family member. Staff would not double check records or change codes after being charged for something wrongfully.

Dr. Hernandez Pons is very professional, compassionate, and the most thorough doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Hernandez may be great, but he doesn't have time to schedule new patients FOR MONTHS! Staff doesn't provide a good explanation or customer service. If he is so busy, I wonder how long a current patient needs to wait for appt?

Very rude office staff. The staff does not answer the phone. Leave a message and don't get a call back. Office staff does not want to do their job. Very unprofessional. Can't talk to the doctor and can't trust what the office staff tells you. When they answer the phone they don't want to talk to you so they hang up on you. Will not be going back . Feel bad for dr. Hernandez .

Awful. The staff is extremely rude. The waiting time is about an hour or longer, when I asked how much longer it would take the answer was : we don’t know maybe 2 hours or more. The don't work on Fridays, all holidays and school vacations the office is closed. Last appmt only 3:30 and the waiting time for an appmt is almost 2 months.do not choose this doctor, they book several people the same time and the staff is negligent.

Simply Horrible staff and client care! I have been only seeing Dr Hernandez and was shocked to be told with a rude hang up with the office manager and assistant twice as i was told I am no longer a patient because you don't come in yearly. Get this it was during covid peeking! Simply disgusting with no care at all as I am in the middle of a serious dental medical procedure and needing my current physicians input as requested by my dentist also. Iv'e been in business for over 30 plus years and have never witnessed such disgusting care by a physicians office. If you trust your health with this office i wish you the best! Care starts when you first meet someone. Not by digging into your wallet. Simply put as feedback! Stay Away from jeopardizing your health with this staff and requirements if you get treated like me. If the Doctor really cares I hope he cleanses his office and calls me to talk direct if there is care to clear this matter up. I believe in forgiveness and mis understanding so let's see if there is any effort for the future. As for now no response. No Care!
