Edwin Chan's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Chan for sometime now as my PCP. He has always been caring and professional. My last visit with him he spent a good amount of time with me answering my questions going over test results and explaining in detail my overall health issues. I Highly recommend him

I have seen Dr.Chan 2 times and have now made the switch for him to be my Primary Doctor. Suntree Internal Medicine is very professional and fast. Dr.Chan is very knowledgeable and caring. He listens to my concerns and followed up by calling and checking on my progress. I now feel 100% better and am so grateful. Shannon is also on staff and is amazing. The staff at the checkin and checkout counters are very friendly and always have smiles on their faces. I wont go anywhere else

Dr Chan has been my doctor for nearly 7 years and he is very accommodating if I have a request for something. He is not as thorough as I would like and is very quick to write prescriptions without delving deeper into the cause. He does seem quite knowledgeable. The biggest issue I have is with Suntree Internal Medicine. When you call you never get a human being and the message says they will call you back in 24 business hours that 3 days totally unacceptable No follow up from them.

Without Dr. Chans expertise I would not be writing this. He found a problem with my heart and had me schedule certain cardiac tests to define the problem. When all the reports were in I had surgery to correct the defect. He is patient caring and extremely knowledgeable.

Takes time to answer questions and is always friendly which makes it easy to discuss all recommended treatments.

I have been going to Dr. Chan for 3 years now and I am very happy with how he has treated me as his patient .

I have been a patient of Dr. Chans for a year. I am currently looking for a new Dr.Ive had nothing but problems getting my prescription from Dr. Chan. He said I could call in and it would be ready at the front desk. I tried that three different times and there was NEVER a prescription ready the staff always had a different excuse. At my next appointment I complained to the Dr. He suggested that I come in and tell the staff that I would wait for a prescription. That didnt work either. Plus he wasted a lot of my time. I tried to set up mail pharmacy account in which I needed a Pre Authorized Form filled out by him. He never filled it out claimed he never received it blaming it on the pharmacy. I had proof that his office did receive the form. Complaining to Dr. Chan once again He put the blame on everyone but himself. He gave me another script to take to Walgreens they faxed a preauth. fom while was there. Once again nothing from him this staff etc. I called his office at least 6 times trying to get an answer as to when the form would be filled out but I got a lot of B.S. and no action. I wouldnt recommend Dr. Chan or his staff to my enemy.
